Dont, Just Dont. Rude. Tried to over charge us Dried blood on the sheets. Mold on the tub. You can do sooooooo much better than this. I can’t understand why they have so many good reviews. Different staff? Whatever, it was a huge mistake and we will not be staying another night.

Interesting place to stay, within walking distance of small old town of Monaco.
Service standards were mixed, with excellent reception upon arrival, however the service for breakfast buffet was lacking, which was a disappointment.
The room was lovely, and comfortable.

It is a very nice hotel with a lot of potential but, apparently, not managed as it should.
Very cold rooms (and very noisy A/C which had to be off during the night).
SPA wasn't working which was not informed upfront.
Tennis court very dirty.

Beautiful space, but the convent is very small, contrary to the entrance price, which was €7 per person. Super inexperienced lady at the entrance to the point of saying that I will pay 7€ to see something that is seen in 15 minutes. As it was a price you won't call me I stayed 1 hour at the place, 10 minutes of that hour waiting for a house that doesn't leave the best views of Sintra.

Quarto muito frio e muita humidade casa de banho e juntas negras ,a água quente só tem de manhã impossível tomar uma douche durante o dia , ligamos e problema de canalização mas au fim de 14 minutos tivemos água , quarto grande e muito barulhento ouvimos os vizinhos falar ir a casa de banho porta a bater as 8 h da manhã ,. Pequeno almoço podia ser melhor e o serviço também . Acho muito caro pro que é não conselho a ninguém. Na hora de entregar a carta nous queriam fazer pagar 2 cafés e uma água do bar coisa que nós não consumimos.

O quarto não tem conforto não tem tapetes ... despido de tudo... parece um quarto de uma pensão e custa 100 noite. Quando saimos da cama não existe um tapete para colocar os pés. Não tem uma cadeira para descansar no quarto, apenas uma em ferro só para decorar. Só o espaço envolvente é muito bom. Restaurante fraco

Bastante acolhedor, muita simpatia e disponibilidade de todos os funcionários. Sempre bem cuidado, e limpo. Dispõe de um jardim, onde podemos desfrutar, fazendo uma pequena caminhada. O seu interior é mantido como na altura do convento.
