The room and hotel was very clean overall. I stayed for 4 days on business so lack of a closet was a bit of an obstacle. My room was on the end closest to the highway and you could definitely hear traffic all night. I would stay again if needed.

Comfortable room but smaller than anticipated. Entire hotel smelled of old cigarette smoke even though it's a non-smoking facility. Disability rooms should all be on the first floor with walk-in showers only. More space is recommended for maneuvering around bed with rollators or large wheelchairs.

Staff very friendly and helpful with our needs. We had previously been staying at Hampton in Troy, since we’re Hilton honors members. This hotel was much cleaner and affordable, and we’ll be staying here from now on, since we have family in Troy.

The breakfast lady was excellent, and the food was hot and good. Nice selection.
The room was surface clean, but the bathroom wall was stained with feces and the base of the bathtub was black. The carpets were dirty. Overall, it appears to be declining. Won’t go back.

Mold in bathroom grout. Television very hard to operate. We killed a very big bug crawling across the wall. We probably won’t stay here again.

There was a mix up regarding the dates of my stay so I had to call ******* and clear the booking before I could check in. The desk clerk was very nice and helpful. Even though my stay was on a Sunday and the old booking was a Sunday i I was charged 10.00 more for the room on this date. A complete breakfast was promised the next morning but we found nothing but waffles when we arrived at 8 :00 am. We were told the cook did not show up. We were there for a funeral and did not feel like going out to eat breakfast. I will not stay there again.

My stay at this Best Western was top notch. I was a late check-in, which wasn't a problem at all. The room was clean, the bed was very comfortable and the staff was amazing.
The continental breakfast was great...a lot of good foods to choose from. I would definitely recommend this Best Western if you're in or near Troy, AL.
