very pleasant staff and good environment

The location is good and it's pretty good for the local area.

A very warm and comfortable hotel. It can be seen that every corner has been carefully designed, and many small things are waiting for guests to discover. The restaurants in Linhai are also good, the staff Shawnte is very good, I like the food she recommends very much😘

From the online reservation, to the actual arrival and stay on the property, everything was perfect. The staff was very attentive and courteous.

I love staying at True Blue Bay Resort. This us my home away from home. All if the staff make me feel truly welcome and like their big sister. Keep up the great job 👍

Alicia the concierge was outstanding! The staff is overall amazing friendly and gracious. The breakfast staff really works hard to make sure you get what you want. Jarrell one of the hosts is also wonderful. I would like to go back with our daughters.

This was a wonderful location. I would have liked more options for times for the shuttle to the beach. It is an eco friendly hotel but I found I had to ask for towels more than once. The staff are AMAZING and the property is so nice. It was the same breakfast daily, some changes daily would have made it have more variety.

The property was well kept and quiet. The pools were never too busy and everything was very walkable. We enjoyed the yoga studio and participated in several classes. The staff was mostly very friendly. My only comment for improvement would be to improve the dining service which was slow and sometimes disorganized.

Wonderful hotel. The charismatic English proprietor Russ is very welcoming. We loved this place and look forward to returning!

Hotel room clean and spacious Bring a lot of mosquito spray bcuz they're going to bite you up Great party vibes on Thursday nights Breakfast were free and good Dinner Food option was horrible and overpriced it was like leftovers warmed back up for ppls to eat

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the True Blue Resort. All the staff were genuinely kind and friendly, the food was good and the views were lovely.

Very clean, friendly people, room was spacious and functional, clean, hotel location was perfect, best cappuccino on island:)

My stay started rough but it ended amazing.. the attitude of some of the staff are very welcoming.. we had a problem which the Gm sorted it out quickly.. that was much appreciated.. overall lovely
