The room is large and quiet. There is food as soon as you walk out of the hotel, which is quite convenient. In addition, the breakfast is delicious and rich. There is a shuttle bus to the airport, which is a good choice for those who take a morning flight.

The service is worthy of the hotel's grade. The room is spacious and has a balcony. It's quite comfortable.

I stayed alone, and the room was spacious and clean. Also, it was great that there was a microwave and a desk.

Booked with breakfast included package but was charged again for breakfast. When I called the hotel the first time, I was put on hold for 10 mins then asked my phone number to call back, but no one called back. I called the second time in two days, once again I was put on hold for 10 mins and asked my phone number again and told me they will investigate and call me back. No result yet.

Very friendly front desk staff. Nice and quiet room made for a restful couple of nights. I'd happily stay here again.

We chose this hotel when we were forced to stay overnight in Seattle due to bad weather at our flight destination. It was chosen when it displayed first under sorting as a recommended hotel, and it offers an airport transfer. But when we tried getting their shuttle, we discovered it didn't run as late as we had arrived or as early as we'd need it the next morning, so we had to take a taxi, costing us $30. We had the night manager book us another taxi for 4 am to get back to the airport, but it never showed up! She made it right by ordering us a Lyft, and paying for it, but we almost missed our flight. The room had a very thin blanket on the bed, which was inadequate since we needed to turn the heat off as it was so loud we couldn't sleep. The place offers a breakfast option, which we chose only to find out it isn't available until after we had to leave.

Absolutely excellent customer service at the front desk. They work so hard to help me with an issue that I was having with *******. They graciously offered, more than once, water after traveling. Rare experience.

The size and airiness of the room surprised us, and there was even a small balcony with a table and chairs looking out at the lighted pedestrian walkway and creek. It’s close to shopping at Southcenter Mall and about fifteen minutes from downtown Seattle, making it an excellent value as well as a pleasant place to stay.

Checked in and found out we had to pay $100 for pet fee AND $15 for parking. The total cost of the the room plus tact was over $250! And that did not include a breakfast. For THAT price we could have stayed in a far better hotel. The Monaco in downtown Seattle, a much nicer hotel, charges under $175 and they are super per friendly!!! A welcome goodie bag for your pet, a nice towel for the pet, and rate includes breakfast.

Everything was lovely. Staff was friendly and helpful. Sparkling clean room. The only tiny thing that was less than perfect was the bar soap at the sink would not lather at ALL. Very strange. I ended up needing to use body wash from the shower. But I would definitely stay here again and again. Great location.

We really enjoyed our stay, nice restaurant, very friendly staff, shuttle driver awesome! I believe his name was Doho. Food was good, very comfortable place.

The beds were so so comfy. Slept well, quiet, roomy, nice amenities. Shower was great!! Will stay there again for sure!!!

I always like staying at the Courtyard Marriott when I need an overnight stay because it has a bar and restaurant on site. However, I was VARY distressed to learn that the shuttle to/from SEATAC stopped at 8;45 p.m. Really? And I didn't learn that until I made the call.
