Cheap hotel near shopping center and highway. Good for sleepover before going to sequoia national park

Good hygiene, good service attitude, good breakfast, good location, but it's really noisy. Basically, I feel like I'm lying on the air conditioner box for one night. The noise 😂, if you don't turn on the air conditioner, it depends on the weather.

Very nice hotel that is convenient for places to eat. The mexican market next door is amazing. Great food. The breakfast at the hotel was also amazing. We sat by the pool and it is very well taken care of.

It was convenient for my travels. Had dinner practically onsite at Apple Annies. Great wait staff and the hotel staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful

Very noisy from the sounds of traffic on the busy street that is right in front of the hotel. My TV was unplugged and I couldnt plug it to the outlet right behind it because the TV is mounted in such a way that it is completely blocking the outlet. The smell of the cleaning product used to clean the room lingered and it was so strong that it gave me a headache.

Decent hotel. Check in was easy. Walls in the room are super thin. We could hear conversations from rooms all around us.

Overall everything was great but some areas of room does need some dusting but overall service was fast, room was nice, bathroom clean, and king bed was comfortable.

The room was not insulated well, as soon as we got in our room there was loud music playing in one of the nearby rooms. We were on the first floor and could here everything from outside.

There was a cockroach inside the room. Also I paid more to stay at this place because the reviews raved about the breakfast but it turned out to be basic just like any other place. The room also had a sewage smell that I don’t know where it comes from.

Decent beds, great shower, free breakfast like most others. Noisy if people above you.

The room was nice, but the location was lousy. it was clustered in with several other hotels/motels and a coffee shop that made entering and exiting a hassle. I would choose somewhere else in the future. While there were not homeless on site, they were camping out on the outskirts of the rear parking lot, which made me feel uncomfortable about leaving my car over night.

Staff was very welcoming and answered any questions and concerns I had. Breakfast had a good selection to chose from. Definitely will be staying again

I'd have given Hillstone a 5-star for cleanliness, friendly staff and the very decent breakfast alone! Unfortunately, no bottled water in the room (and the tap is so clorinated) and the fire alarm kept going off because of the steam from the shower ~ at least that's what maintenance decided since it kept happening. FUN!

Enjoyed our stay. The room was clean. Remodeled and updated. Breakfast was good. Complimentary coffee and hot chocolate at all hours. I would stay there again
