I was a bit disappointed overall. This location came up on *******’s filters for indoor pool and room service. They do not offer room service. The indoor pool had potential but the pool ladder is rickety, the hot tub was no hotter than the pool, they had 2 electric floor fans blowing but sitting directly on the water soaked tile floor which was concerning, and the room smelled a bit like patchouly, not chlorine. The staff member we dealt with to check in, was not particularly friendly. The room itself was not quiet and you could hear hallway noise (and vice versa). The upside, the rooms and linens were clean, and the bed comfortable. The breakfast was also decent, and the orange water in the lobby was fantastic.

Loved the room. They treated us wonderful. But was very upset the the pool and hot tub was out of order. And was supposed to get a refund for one of our nights but never received it because we booked through ******* and not them directly. The only reason why we booked that particular hotel was because they had a hot tub and it didn't even work! Besides that one issue, we loved the Hotel. We celebrated our anniversary.

No hot water. No pool. No bedding for the pull out. No toilet paper. Yes some of these things can be asked for but it was really in convenient at 11pm.

We were pleasantly surprised with our stay at this location. The hotel was new and updated. Our room was huge with a nice comfortable bed. Nothing really to complain about for a one night stay. They could be better staffed, at 3pm on a Saturday there was a LONG line waiting to check in as there was only one flustered employee, but she did her best in getting us checked in in a reasonable amount of time. All in all we would stay here again.

Thought this would be a nice hotel to stay at. Unfortunately I was wrong. I mainly picked this hotel because they had a hot tub. Traveling all day would have been perfect to relax. As I'm walking down to use the hot tub front desk said oh sorry pool and hot tub are broken. She even proceeds to say someone should have told you when you checked in. Excuse me ma'am. You're the one who checked me in. I would have canceled my reservations if I knew it was broken. Proceeded to go back to my room. Found out shower was broken. Tissue paper holder for toilet paper fell out of the wall. Super thin walls. You could hear someone fart from the room over most hotels offer free breakfast. They charge you $10 for a crappy breakfast. Yeah this was an epic fail. Do not stay here.
