Stayed at this hotel on the way home from our vacation. It’s very clean and new. The staff were so friendly and helpful.

We were only here for a quick “nap” on our way to Florida. Front desk was extremely nice and the room was comfortable!

I was disappointed. Expected more out of something with the Hilton name. It was like a it was like a dorm room. The shampoo soap dispensers in the bathroom were difficult to use no tissue in the tissue container., one of the lights was out in the bathroom. Very close to the highway. Curtain did tend to muffle the highway noise

The hotel itself was modern and had a nice pool. The room could have been cleaner since I found a hair by the shower. The one major complaint I had was that the highway traffic noise was very loud! I couldn’t sleep because of it. We had an even numbered room so I would recommend getting an odd numbered room facing the front of the hotel(entrance side).

Shower clogged and overflowed into floor and not able to finish shower that morning. Not offered another room to shower. When brought to management they blamed me for clogged shower. WIll never stay at another. Very disappointed in customer service with how they handled the situation.

There was water in the elevator that should’ve been cleaned up. Also, the breakfast was so so. Other than that the beds were very comfortable and we enjoyed our stay.

My stay was very nice. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly. I did have a situation where my credit card was very charged for my stay but it was corrected.
