I didn’t really believe the many negative reviews about this place before coming, and now I truly regret it. This place should never be available as an option on *******, not even for a short overnight stay. It is truly the worst place I have ever been to.

It is not really an hotel, we have to contact some one to get the key. In these conditions, an airbnb certainly shows a better ratio quality price. No glass in the room, no bedside lamp and even no paper in the bathroom the last day! The room is really basic but quite large and the location is very good.

The worst hotel ever

Totally negative experience to the point of changing accommodation after half an hour, even though it was the evening of December 30th. The advert is misleading. I don't know what the photos correspond to but it's bordering on a scam. For more than one hundred euros we found a "ROOM RENTAL" (the sign is clearly visible on the door on the stairs) In the room there is no bathroom, which is shared with all the other guests but only a sink and a 1990s style raised shower 50. The photo of the two bathroom fixtures is there but it is not clear that the bathroom is elsewhere.
Pillows without pillowcases, wardrobe split and that's it, we left. The panoramic view of Turin is on the very busy Viale Vittorio Emanuele II...No TV. A visit from the ASL would be interesting

Too expensive for non-existent services: zero cleaning, uncomfortable bed, too hard pillows. There is no hanger for towels, nor a desk to place personal items. Inside the room there is only a wardrobe with broken doors and drawers.
