I just Like the Customer Service of one Girl at the reception on Sunday morning, she was wonderful in every aspect !!
Everything else in this Hotel it's just Awful, Bad Customer Service from the rest of the staff, dirty walls, no illumination on the hall to get to my room, the elevators makes some weird noises, the breakfast wasn't good enough, etc

Good price quality ratio. The place is easy to reach, with facilities nearby. The people are welcoming, and the bed comfortable. The air conditioning is a bit loud, but it can be turned off. The wifi is fast enough.

My hotel room telephone received odd calls (caller hung up immediately after I picked up) that interrupted my sleep. Young guests put glue on my room handle, laughing and pushing my doorbell several times, calling me bad words because of my skin color, but I don’t even know who they are. What saddens me most is that, a strange man staff walked into my room directly and suddenly using his staff card without my permission and saw me naked in the bathroom. I was shocked and panicked a lot. My room doesn’t even have a door chain. The only advantage here is that the receptionist girl is kind and warm. I had really bad experience here and I need to write down my real feedback.

A multicultural residence on the outskirts of Turin, with a good relationship between cost and quality of stay. Rooms are simple but clean. It's silent. A good option, which I will consider if I return to Turin.

Good location if you are taking the bus to Malapensa, otherwise it is a bit of a drive to town center (40 minutes tram). Room was clean, bathroom too. Hallway smelled like fish frying but it was not noticeable in the room.

1 star guest house which also serves as social housing for an industrial area of Torino. Far from anything remotely interesting, charming or nice. Rock-hard, thin mattresses, cat hairs, 5" TV, broken vending machine, paper thin walls, people shouting into the night. I wouldn't stay there if you paid me.
