The hotel was nice and clean. The top floor had been recently redone and other floors were being renovated. The A/C was decent and the bed was comfy. The mirror had backlighting, which was neat. There was no breakfast or pool (due to the pandemic). It was a good stay at a great price!

We booked 4 rooms for our nephew school event. And this hotel was the closest to his school, the receptionist was rude and unprofessional. The breakfast was horrible and disgusting. I will not recommend this hotel to my worst enemy. We will never stay at this location again.

The staff here is kind and efficient and easy to work with. They kept the room clean during our stay. For our budget, this stay was extraordinary

Real bad. If you are truly just looking for a bed to sleep in, enjoy.
Enjoy the wet moldy rooms. Enjoy the toilets foam sealed to the floor, and doors that dont actually lock. Enjoy being dirtier after your shower than before.
Staff was at least polite... so there's that and beds were surprisingly comfortable.

The stay was very comfortable and the rooms were clean and fresh. The AC worked very well with the summer temperatures above 100 degrees each day that we spent in Tyler. We will come again and stay at Quality Inn.

The property appears to be under construction or they are renovating. Maybe it was a dull weekend and not many cars were parked outside which made me feel a little scary, but my room was clean and smelled fresh. The ice machine was only on floor 2 and I am on floor 4. The lady at the help desk was super professional and kind.

The staff was nice. The room was not clean, drawer handle was broken, and there were roaches. I slept in the car instead of the room because I wasn’t sure other rooms wouldn’t have roaches as well.

The room area has been remodeled. The beds were really comfortable. The bathroom has not been remodeled yet. It looks like they are remodeling the hotel, it was noisy at night, but not unbearable. It sounded like they were working on a room next to us. Our balcony was at the side of the property, it looked like guests threw their trash on the ground. Staff was very nice.
