Hygiene cleaning was very careless. When I entered the door, I found shoe prints left by other guests, a wine bottle cap was found at the bathroom drain, hair under the sheets and sheets, stains in the cup, and a piece of other people’s hair was seen in the quilt at night (After cleaning the room in the afternoon), I changed the sheets after reacting to the front desk. 晚上被熱的睡不着覺 空調壞了 大前台電話打不通 一開始説要給我們換相近的房間我們出去逛了幾個小時 回來的時候換了個前台非説沒有我們的訊息 又溝通了一段時間才給我們換到相鄰的房間 前台還給我們打電話問我們拿沒拿上個房間的房卡

住了幾十年酒店，第一次想給服務差評，花了小600塊早點沒的吃，8:50到了一層什麼都沒有，盆裏唯一的一個破壞了的剩雞蛋，其他都沒了，我以為是10.1可能服務人員少都回家了，結果一回頭看廚房裡人頭湧動，就是不知道在幹嘛都，還有個管理抽着煙就近餐廳，看了一眼叼着煙進了廚房！
我説下差評的點：
1.這個價格的酒店房是無窗的。
2.床頭、枕套黃褐色污漬。
3.因為兩瓶破水要收按金。
4.洗漱用品有用過的都沒更換。
5.這種酒店樓梯間居然不用刷卡隨便上。
6.淋浴水温不能調整。
7.服務員一點意識都沒！

來旅遊的，客觀評價，房間衞生一般，一共住了三天，發現客房服務員每天打掃的時候根本不更換毛巾和浴巾，第二天是直接把前一天的疊好放櫃子裏，第三天壓根疊都沒疊，就在桌子上放着，垃圾也沒收，第一天在酒店點的外賣袋子一直到退房都在桌子上扔着，所謂的打掃房間衹是補水和牙刷，紙巾都沒有補，晚上到酒店給前台打電話反映這個問題，前台人員的意思就是他們是夜班人員，要我明天聯繫白班人員，按理説客户已經投訴的情況下，不管是白班還是夜班都有責任去處理這個問題，哪怕是你夜班人員不太方便去處理，是不是應該在交接班的時候給白班人員去交接這個問題，一直到第二天我去退房都沒有工作人員來聯繫我去核實情況我在退房的時候和前台人員反饋了這個問題，工作人員衹是表示後續進行更改，那像這種情況，我是不是可以合理的懷疑我到酒店第一天房間裏的毛巾和浴巾就是該房間的上一個客人用的毛巾和浴巾，也是沒有被更換的，衹是重新疊好了而已，總之，這次來烏蘭察布旅遊整體體驗都特別好，不管是吃的喝的還是玩的都很好，土著人民也都很熱情，唯獨酒店是最差的，也在很多城市都住過麗楓酒店，在印象中不應該是這樣的體驗，大家慎重選擇。
