Hotel Aveny is excellent on all levels from reception, service, lovely beds, clean and stylish bathrooms not to forget the breakfast, which is wonderfully good and can be eaten in a quiet and cozy environment.

Cozy and convenient. Quiet yet extremely central, easy to reach everywhere in mere minutes. Extra plus for the convenient bar Pipes of Scotland downstairs, as well as a solid breakfast service with lots of options.

A brief stopover after getting the bus from slussfor, before getting the train the next morning to Stockholm. The bed and room were comfy. The only negative was that the shower is with the toilet in a sort of wet room and so the whole floor got wet when we showered as it just goes under the shower door. But the shower itself was great. Also kind enough to make us up a breakfast bag as we were leaving too early to join breakfast at the hotel.

A good & not too expensine place to stay in spite of the very central location. Arrived fairly late in the evening and left straight after breakfast, so did not try the other services at the hotel. Can be recommended

I highly recommend this hotel. We stayed 1 night in the suite. The room was very nice and spacious. We had our own jacuzzi and sauna. The bed was big and cozy. The location is perfect. Right in the center of Umeå. The breakfast was excellent. Many different options to choose from. Next time when we visit Umeå we definitely will be coming back to ProfilHotels Aveny.

I liked my stay in the hotel. It is in the town of Umea. There are lots of restaurant nearby. Easy to get vegan food since there is MAX Burger down the corner. There are also many supermarket around. The bus station is also within walking distance. For muslims travelers, there is even a mosque nearby. Halal kebab is also available.

Thank you for services and please fix the bath problem in room 229. provide better bed when there is extra person or child in the guest list. The service in reception area, the breakfast and other helps were nice. Keep it up the good work!

Parking not included, pay 20 Euros more and get it they recommended - even if it was possible to stay at the street for free (and they didn´t know). Pet in room + 30Euros. Price varied from choosing it - to paying it, with 20 Euros. Poor service.

Profil Hotel Aveny is located at short walking distance of Umeå railway station. Renovated in 2006, the hotel offers 89 rooms over 5 floors and has a restaurant & bar. Furnishings and decoration provide an enjoyable atmosphere. Service is helpful and very friendly. Our relatively small room at floor 2 patioside was adequately furnished & decorated, had desk & chair, club-chair, TV, nespresso & tea facility, safe & fridge, washbasin in the room and a very soft average double bed. We had a very small separate bathroom with toilet & shower. Window can be opened and have a mosquito screen. Good Wi-Fi. All was very clean. The breakfast is OK: eggs boiled & scrambled, bread & rolls, coldcuts & cheeses, butter & marmalade, croissants & pastries, orange juice, cereals, milk, tea & coffee. The Profil Hotel Aveny is a practical city hotel, and we had a good stay. Recommended.

Would not allow slight change. Waste of money!

Booked for a business trip, Staff were welcoming and helpful. Food tasty, Room was clean and tidy and the bed comfortable. Well positioned for access to the center as well as Rail links. Would book again if i need to return to Umea.

Nice clean room with great location! Noisy room on Fri night, some loud music from Pub nearby.
