Hotel with good service attitude

The property was an amazing stay before my Antarctic expedition. There are many restaurants and stores around the area. I couldn't have asked for better!

A very pleasant place with historical character

People at the front desk were extremely helpful, suggesting restaurants, providing maps, and then calling a taxi for me on my last day - even holding the door open for me as I left.

The hotel is perfectly located, the rooms are comfortable and the staff is super friendly. It is very clean and nice. The breakfast is nothing special but the coffee is great. You can hear any noise from the corridor - however, it is generally OK and not noisy. Check out is at 10am but you can leave your luggage in the storeroom next to the reception. The location is really great, you have shops and restaurants at walking distance which was the most important for us.

I found the hotel is very clean and neat, it might be little small for some people, but I found this ok. People say that it’s old decorations with woods. But they actually kept the decorations clean and tidy. There was a water dispenser at the Ground floor lift, which is so convenient to everyone.

We had a very comfortable check in. The rooms are nice, and well kept. The hotel in the center of Ushuaua on the main street, however the room is noiseless. The staff at the desk, at breakfast are very nice and helpfull. The breakfast is a very rich breakfast with helpful workers that serve the food because of covid. I very much recommend this hotel.

Hotel in the center of Ushuaia, close to all shops, restaurants, bars and the market. Definitely the best choice for those who don't care about luxury and prefer a practical stay. Simple but clean and heated rooms, and the hotel offers breakfast.

Location is enviable, in the center of the city of Ushuaia.- Comfortable, simple, clean rooms with good WiFi connection.- Breakfast is somewhat limited in quantity but with a variety of products, there came a time when the products were sold out in seconds .- The staff is very pleasant and attentive.-

I booked this hotel for 5 nights through an agency and told them that I was going with my 80-year-old mother and we wanted a simple but comfortable room. We arrived at the hotel from El Calafate very tired, but as soon as we checked in we noticed that the door lock was bad and called maintenance to fix it. We left our bags in the room and went to have lunch. Once we returned and took a closer look at the room, we saw that the doorknob was the least of the problems. The room was a real horror show. The two blankets had lots of fluff and hair and the floor was filthy (photo attached). The smaller bed creaked loudly and there was noise from the old doors of neighboring rooms and the old plumbing that ran through the wooden ceiling (photo of the hot water marks). I called reception right away, as I had noticed that we were in the hallway of the hotel's old rooms and there was an adjacent hallway with newer doors and better lighting. The person who helped me said that the manager did not authorize the change because this "was the room I had booked". I asked them to take me out of there because we needed to sleep and that I would pay for the new room because it was so unbearable to stay in the room they gave us. After much insistence, they gave me the new room for just 3 nights and I made all the changes alone late at night, exhausted. The next day I complained to the agency, I even made videos, and they gave us 5 nights free of charge. Sorry? Explanation from management? none to date. Given the facts, so that no one experiences this, I suggest confirming whether the reservation is in the dirty and noisy part of the hotel or in the well-kept part, as it appears that there are two hotels.

Simple hotel, great for spending the day sightseeing. Excellent location, making it possible to walk to the port and the city's main restaurants, shopping areas and museums. The breakfast has little variety but is tasty. Small room, OK bathroom. Kind staff.

Everything is super good, both the reception, the guy who attends it, is super attentive and all the staff who are at breakfast, the location is excellent, the rooms are super comfortable, I highly recommend this hotel, you feel at home, don't leave to come
