Good Location. Good service mind but it’ll be better no charge for parking to hotel’s customer.

It was a shame that the underground parking lot wasn't empty, but that can't be helped. In Utsunomiya, the customer service manners of taxi drivers and convenience stores are the worst in Japan (I think it's worse than New York), but the customer service at this hotel was good. The doorman was also kind and reassuring.

A traditional hotel with parking service, but it is at your own expense, 1,300 yen per day. In addition, there is no large meat sausage, which is not convenient for tourists who like to bathe. The location is convenient, there are shopping places and a lot of restaurants nearby, there are many choices

The breakfast was very good value for money and was really good. I had to go on a business trip at short notice, so they were very helpful even though I had made a same-day reservation. thank you.

Room cleaning is thorough. It's a little dustier these days than it used to be. It's cleaner than the surrounding business hotels. The staff will be kind and courteous. The wired cables that were common in hotels in the past are still there, so it's fun to be able to listen to a variety of songs.

First of all, the parking lot guidance is smooth and pleasant. I am very happy to have a corner room again. The rooms are spacious and clean, and the bathrooms are well cleaned. The most important thing is to be quiet and sleep soundly at night. This is the hotel I wanted to stay in again when I came to Utsunomiya.

宇都宮の中心街にあり、立地がとてもよいところにある。地下駐車場も、台数が多い。若干、古いところが気になるが、値段も安く、トータルでは、満足！

這酒店的整體評價是好評！ 酒店房間比較寬敞，個人清潔用品都有供應，位置很方便。 酒店餐廳提供的自助早餐質量高、食物選擇多，值得推介。 附近都有很多食肆，不過餐廳食肆的收店時間比較早，晚上10時之前大部份都已經關閉。

ゴルフの前日に泊まりました。 朝食時間も早くからオープンしていたので助かりました。また利用したいと思います。

アクセス良好　綺麗なホテル

フロントのスタッフが新しくなったが、男性スタッフは、慣れてないのか笑顔もなく、ホスピタリティを感じない。仙台のビジネスホテルとかの方がサービスがしっかりている。宇都宮はどこもこんな感じなので諦めてはいますが。 客室は古い。そろそろ全面改装、改築が、必要なのでは、、。 ドアが薄く廊下の音が響いてくる。またお風呂がタイル張りのせいか非常に寒く、暖房を入れてもなかなか温まらない。前に泊まったときにはバスタブに長い毛が張り付いていた。また換気をきちんとしていないのか室内に女物の香水の匂いが染み付いていて、窓を開けないといけなくなった。アメニティも最低限しかなく、シティホテルとしては寂しいところ。冷蔵庫もドアがきちんと閉まらなかった。加湿器も昭和感を感じるレトレなものを使っている。そろそろ空気清浄機に変えてはいかがか。場所はいいが全体的に昭和感満載。
