Worst service ever! They have lack of employees. They try manage everything over phone so you can’t get satisfactory services.

Apar**ents are not far away from airport , you can take taxi straight to the rooms , safety district

The stay at the apar**ent was comfortable and enjoyable. Firstly, the apar**ent has everything a person needs when traveling - an equipped kitchen (stove, microwave, refrigerator, dishes, dishwashing liquid), hot water from a boiler, Wi-Fi, iron, dryer, comfortable bed, armchair, dining table, bedside tables, wardrobe. The apar**ent was clean and housekeeping was good throughout the stay. The only thing missing was a washing machine, but there are self-service laundries within walking distance. Of course you will hear the sounds of airplanes, but this is Lisbon! The airport is located in the middle of the city, planes can be heard almost everywhere! You quickly get used to them and for us this was not a problem at all. We didn’t hear our neighbors, but the walls felt quite thin, so if you’re unlucky with people nearby, it could be uncomfortable (just like in life) It takes 13-15 minutes to walk to the metro, there are bus stops nearby. An important point is that registration is contactless; you need to receive a code from the front door, or make a call in order for the front door to be opened for you. The code for the front door is sent in advance, but when booking on trip.com they will not send it to you (!). Therefore, especially if you arrive at a non-standard time, take care of the code in advance - write to the apar**ent, or ensure that you can call a Portuguese number. After entering the hall, you need to go to the registration machine and register + pay the tourist tax (by card). Also make sure in advance that you have the option of paying by card. The apar**ents are very nice, clean, comfortable and we would happily stay there again.

everything about this place is so good and you feel like home. The location is superB, you have cafes, restaurants, mini markets, general stores just a few steps away. The public transport links are incredible. For taxi or app-riders you are abouts €10 from the Lisbon city centre.

It was really hard to check in by self service, we reached at 1 midnight, trying to call them no body answer, it was heavy rain outside we standing, one person came to help us throw in by next door take way shop, then we trying to check in , but was really hard, we had waited more then an hour,

after a successful payment and confirmation of receipt, the people i booked the rooms for couldn't get access to the room. the computer denied them access. they had to go out mid night and search for another hotel to rest their head and sleep. please i demand a full refund.

Remember to contact the property proactively if you've booked an apar**ent through trip.com, since you are not likely to receive the code from the owner.

Stayed for 14 days. The sanitary details of the room are very well done! One person sleeps on the bed and one person sleeps on the sofa, both are comfortable and clean. Unmanned check-in is actually very simple and convenient, pick up the phone to communicate at any time, and the service is very friendly. Remember the number to open the door and room door, so as not to lose the key card. Whenever there is a problem, go to the lobby to pick up the phone, and someone will come to solve it immediately. All kinds of small items in the kitchen are well-equipped and thoughtful. The chest of drawers and supplies were clean. The facilities worked well. The bathroom has plenty of water. There are supermarkets and buses not far downstairs, and the subway is a little farther away, but the weather is cool and sunny, and it is very comfortable to walk around. The small area is peaceful. Except for the sound of airplanes during the day. The others are really perfect.

The location is far away from the city center you need to use many transportation.., there is no reception so when we need something or we have a problem the stuff wasn’t helpful and very rude but the clinging stuff was very kind

Beautiful place to stay with family. The space was sufficient for us.
