Rooms were a little dated and things like outlets for cell phones weren't present but very clean. I found it odd that my TV was unplugged and had to crawl behind it to plug it in. Otherwise it's more than adequate for the price.

It's a nice rustic lodge that makes you feel home. Unfortunately it snells of cigarette smoke on the hallway.

We had a nice stay there at a reasonable price. The pool and hot tub are great for kids. Staff are very friendly and they have snacks to purchase. Plenty of parking. No worries about being in a rough area.

The room was awful. The bathtub was stained and the water stunk. No shampoo or soap either

The stay was in the middle of a snow storm. The driveways and parking lot areas were cleared and easy to get around. The rooms were warm and comfortable. Staff were welcoming and friendly

I love the ability to have a separate sitting area from the main bedroom, however this suite appeared not attended to and missing furniture. There was an office chair, no desk, a couch (pull out) and several tables. Could use a better set up altogether. Shower had a cloth curtain not waterproof Inside curtain so water went all over. Staff was kind and accommodating.

Huge hot tub for ten people and open until midnight for our family outing. Free breakfast with hot meals and pancake. Nice service in general, staff are friendly and answer for your request quickly. I will recommond it for any family vacation to the upnorth Michigan.

It’s very convenient for the airport at Pellston . Literally across the street and they are happy to drive you over there.

Worked out good for the one night we needed. Nothing that really stood out but did give us what we needed.

Bit over priced but decent. It’s a lot like motel 6 was back when they were newer. Didn’t have enough staff working. One employee was doing best he could.

Overall very clean and well kept. We were comfortable during our stay and the staff was friendly. The pool area was nice, but the hot tub was not as hot as it should be. It’s a good stop before Mackinaw city.

Had a nice stay and enjoyed the hot tub. Hotel is clean and welcoming. Beds were a bit firm for my liking and carpet was wrinkled in the room pulling up from the floor. Walls a bit thin and we could hear many noises that we wished we didn't hear! But these are small issues and overall we were very pleased with our one night stay.

Hotel for being new and by airport it sure felt run down. Stains in carpet, broken iron, rusty towels. They need to invest in iron out or water softener. Staff always out smoking in front of doors. They have more breaks then I can count. Only one who was busted her butt was a very young African American girl. Getting breakfast ready, running staff to airport and then coming back to check breakfast again. She was great!

My wife and I had a very relaxing quiet stay it was refreshing
