The hotel Puerta del Sur is in a paradise-like location, surrounded by tall trees and an nature-rich wetland. The view from the hotel rooms, lobby and breakfast room is amazing. Very clean, comfortable and friendly staff. Best Hotel I have ever stayed at in my 20 years business traveling.

Clean hotel and well located
But during our stay, an electricity shutfown occurs from 20:00 hrs until 12:00 am next day.
So I expected some courtesy from the hotel (discount or bonus for the next stay),but nothing of that happens.

Showed up a little early and the clerk had already our room available for us. Very clean and quiet, I really love this place, the view is spectacular.
Best breakfast ever with fresh bread, and pastries. Staff very friendly. Definitely I'll come back.

Nice hotel with river view. They control the temperature of the room and mattress is just standard. You depend on other visitors behave since the acoustic isolation is not great but there's no street noise. The restaurant was not open but there are good options around 10 minutes walking. Overall, I would recommend it.

A great hotel with an unmatched beautiful view. The staff is first class friendly and very good disposition. The jars are incredible. The buffet breakfasts are very rich and abundant and with a privileged view. The truth is that the Hotel is an excellent experience, it is more than a stay.

A little away from the city, on a quiet site. Still accessible on foot (restaurants ＜10 min walk). The rooms were clean and comfortable. Courteous staff. Games are available to play with the family, the pool and dock are beautiful. We highly recommend.

We came a few years ago with my partner and now we return with our baby, the truth is that it has gone down a lot... they sell that they have had improvements such as a swimming pool and water tanks, but in the core they are much worse. The lack of maintenance is very noticeable, the children's games are horrible, the green areas behind the hotel have very limited maintenance, breakfast has dropped considerably in quality and variety, there is a lack of staff and, to top it off, although the staff is A pleasant receptionist did not give us any solution where to leave the baby's diaper "just wait for them to clean it, there is no option" were her sayings (it seemed like a joke) and on the last day they never cleaned the room even though we notified twice, otherwise I would have complained, we stayed as it was... state of the pieces, very worn out. It's not worth what it costs, not even half of it, we won't be back.
