Only 1 hour to the pool per day of stay, and on the day of check-out you are not entitled to it. The pool is not in the hotel but in the building next door (thermal baths), there is a path inside the hotel to get there but to do so we have to cross a large part of the hotel (including the bar) in a bathrobe and slippers. The pool is quite pleasant. The hotel is beautiful but is deteriorating, you can tell by the paintwork, the switches and sockets, and the wood at the entrance to the rooms. The hallway is cold and the heating in the rooms takes time to work. We went with a baby and the crib they presented to us was completely dilapidated, after we asked for the crib to be removed from the room they didn't even apologize. The insulation is terrible for a 4* hotel, you can hear noise both from inside the hotel and from outside. Both in the bar and in the restaurant you can hear the noise of sewage discharges.

The hotel, despite being in good condition, could have been better maintained. The hallways to the rooms are too dark. When we got out of the elevator we didn't find any signage about the layout of the rooms by number, which forced us to walk around to find our room. The room itself also has little light which makes it also dark. In my case, the bathtub facing the mountain was worth it, which is quite pleasant. The breakfast is varied but, incomprehensibly, I had difficulty (and was unable) to eat the cream of the day in the two breakfasts I was there. You can't tell. The hotel's restaurant serves good food, without being overpriced, and friendly, professional service.

Different hotel, with a huge double bed and a beautiful bathtub. The intimacy in the room, loses a bit (be very careful if you do not go with your partner) due to the fact that the separation of the toilets is glass and mirrors. For the rest, the price is very good, the indoor pool with jets, free (one session per day), great. And the dinner is also very good, at a good price, very tasty and well-prepared dishes. The environment is completely calm, so if you want to relax, this is the place. Sabugal is about a ten minute drive away.

I highly recommend it, A++. Comfortable rooms, hotel restaurant with refinement and quality, breakfast with the essentials and quite good and some variety, friendliness of the staff and the director Maria joão. Excellent communication as we were a group and some things needed to be streamlined. It was impossible for us to be better received, our stay was excellent, all requests were accepted and satisfied, the spas that are next to the hotel are lovely. There is ample parking outside the hotel, the only downside to the hotel is that it doesn't have a more comfortable and spacious living room, which is the only thing the hotel lacks compared to the other facilities.

Hotel in an isolated area, but very interesting. Reasonable room, reasonable facilities. Breakfast, buffet service but quite varied. Dinner also with interesting proposals and fast and efficient service. Very good pool, times scheduled in advance, and with few people, jets with several alternatives, excellent water temperature.

Estivemos 3 noites. O edifício parece um búnquer, por dentro os corredores e tetos são todos pretos e mal iluminados. Nos quartos os cortinados não funcionam e quando reclamámos disseram-nos que estão todos assim. os quartos não têm varanda a única excepção são as suites. Quando chegámos havia toalhas sujas no pequeno armário da casa de banho o que causa logo má impressão. Entrar e sair da zona do duche, para pessoas mais velhas ou incapacitadas é um verdadeiro desafio. No hotel não existe nenhum espaço exterior onde se possa estar a disfrutar da natureza, beber um sumo etc.. não tem piscina exterior e a interior pertence ao SPA que facilita a sua utilização 1 hora por dia. A partir daí custa 5 € à hora. Não tem uma sala de estar, com TV e sofás para que grupos, ou até casais, possam estar e conviver. Se se optar por jantar, logo a seguir tem de se ir para o quarto... O pequeno almoço é bom, com bastantes opções e a comida é boa e bem servida, com uma boa relação preço/qualidade. O que salvou a estadia foi a cortesia e simpatia dos empregados tanto da recepção, como dos quartos, como da área da restauração. Fica também o reparo que já vai dando mostras de precisar de alguma manutenção.
