Séjour très agréable, avec des équipes sympathiques et très attentionnées, tant à l’accueil en réception, qu’au service des chambres et au petit déjeuner. Un continuel souci d’assurer une qualité de service digne d’un établissement 4* !
Petit déjeuner savoureux et varié. Produits de qualité. Chambres confortables, salles de bains spacieuses, outre un design cosy et raffiné du lobby, des parties communes et de la salle de restauration.
Localisation idéale proche du Coeur de ville, dans une grande demeure de charme.

Had a great stay in Hotel Marebaudiere, our family had 2 rooms, a double and a twin. Everyone slept well. The facilities were clean and comfortable. The staff were execellent, they spoke good English and put up with our terrible French. The hotel is a short way from the old town of Vannes which leads you to the water and yachts. A very lovely place to stop en route back from the south.

We stayed at La Marebaudiere in August 2023 for a couple of nights whilst on a roadtrip down to Bordeaux. The hotel has it's own car park and is conveniently situated within easy walking distance of the main area of Vannes, including all the main tourist sites, restaurants and shops (between 5 and 15 mins to get to most places). The room was clean and tastefully decorated with good facilities, but only had a small velux window. This didn't bother us too much as we were out most of the time. The aircon was a little noisy and needs attention. Breakfast was a selection of hot and cold buffet food and was perfectly adequate for what we needed and there are so many restaurants just a short walk away. Ideal as a stopover if you're visiting Vannes for a couple of days and don't want to be right in the centre of town. Vannes itself is stunning and there is so much to see - would highly recommend!

A really friendly well run hotel, plenty of secure parking. Within 15 minutes walking distance of the town centre & port. Superior room was very comfortable & spacious with great air conditioning. Breakfast was of a good standard with plenty of choice. A special thank you to the reception staff, especially the young lady with the glasses who was excellent (sorry can’t remember her name!) Vannes is a beautiful town to spend a few days in, well worth a visit.

I tried booking a stay at the hotel for mid July . All went well until l they tried to validate my credit card. They e-mailed to say some was wrong. So resent my card details . Back came the reply rejected. Some thing was wrong as I have never had any problems before, So I contacted my credit card issuer to find why my card was rejected. The card supplier said no problems with the card. The card supplier said that the hotel had not signed up to SEURE CUSTOMER AUTHORITY code. I then tried to convey this to the hotel but they chose to ignore me and said my card was still rejected. i THEN TELEPHONED the hotel, they were quite rude and did not want to talk to me. They then cancelled my reservation as they obviously did not want my custom. SO BEWARE WHEN PAYING BY CREDIT CARD AND IT IS REJECTED IT MAY NOT BE THE FAULT OF THE CARD. SMILERJIM

We had a pleasant stay at this motel which is very well situated near the old town of Vannes. The staff were friendly & helpful. The rooms are functional & the bed extremely comfortable. The bathroom however was slightly unusual with the loo up a step at the back of the room..a veritable throne! But worrying for midnight lootrips in case of just that ..trips. And trying to work out the shower was frustrating. We look forward to visiting more beautiful towns in Brittany

Finally got back to France after nearly three years of waiting, rearranging etc. We decided to shorten our 2019 planned holiday - so spent the bulk of our time in the Vannes area. An eight night stay at the La Roof was just brilliant. Check in no problem with the multi lingual receptionists - ample secure parking directly outside the hotel, beautifully clean rooms with fridge, mini bar, tv, Wi-Fi, coffee making facilities and room fan. Reception area well laid out leading to the restaurant and bar area, patio area at the rear of the hotel with splendid views over the beach and estuary leading into the Gulf of Morbihan. We ate in the restaurant twice during our visit - continental breakfast very good. The stand out feature to this hotel is its location, easy to walk, ride or bus it into Vannes. The housekeeping team were excellent - efficient, polite and always with a smile. Access to other areas around the Gulf - Locmariaquer and Port Navajo easy and quick.

My partner and I stayed for a night while on a road trip. Quick check in. Staff very friendly and helpful. Room nice, clean. Bathroom was spotless. Comfy bed. A great stay was had.will recommend to anyone visiting Vannes., good location to shops bars and old town.
