We are in room 315 it is suite room and service is very bad here. First of all there some bad smell in room it is about some pest control done in room. Second the sheets and comforter are very dirty. Bath towels are very old. Furniture is very old and not clean . The tapestry of chairs is very dirty. Over all experience is bad.

Housekeeping supervisor ms.anita jii and Aman Kumar ... excellent room service ambience great food interior is just fabulous lash greenary nice location.. just one thing to take care of entry street from main road. Just fabulous ..👍👍👍

We had dinner at Seasons Restaurant at Costa Riviera Hotel for 3 nights in a row because we enjoyed the food so much. Our waiter Rahul was very helpful with our menu selections and gave us great service. The food was fresh and had beautiful flavours. I would recommend this restaurant.

Our group of 8 women recently stayed at Hotel Costa Riviera for 3 nights in September 2024, and while we’ve enjoyed this hotel in the past, this time, the experience was disappointing in several ways. Firstly, the breakfast, which was included in the room tariff, fell short of expectations. We were served the exact same spread on all three days, a departure from the variety offered in previous stays. This lack of freshness and diversity was quite disheartening, especially considering the hotel’s usual standards. Room upkeep has also noticeably declined. The overall cleanliness and maintenance were not up to par, making the stay feel less comfortable. To make matters worse, the RF keys for our rooms frequently malfunctioned. We had to repeatedly take the lift down to the reception to have them reset, which was very inconvenient. At one point, we were handed a master key to access all four of our rooms. While this helped in the short term, it was a significant security risk. Knowing that someone else could be given the same key raised concerns about the safety of our belongings. Additionally, the staff at the reception could have been more welcoming. Considering Varanasi is an ancient and holy pilgrimage city, it would have been more fitting for the people manning the reception to be more receptive and friendly. A smile and a bit of warmth would have made a difference, especially for guests on a spiritual journey. Overall, while the hotel has been a reliable choice for us in the past, this stay was marred by these issues. Hopefully, they address these concerns to restore the quality we've previously experienced.

Nice service by sushil and food is very good i went for dinner with family nice ambience silent place 😊👍reasonable i love all the food specially the nonveg platter and babycorn and love the biryani 🤗 . For family the place is good 👍👍👍👍👍

From the warm welcome at check-in to the thoughtful assistance throughout my stay, they truly went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable.The rooms were spacious, clean, and beautifully maintained, with all the modern amenities one could ask for. The hotel's location is also fantastic, offering easy access to key sites like the ghats and temples. The in-house restaurant served delicious food, and the breakfast spread was a delightful mix of local and international cuisine.Special mention to the front desk team for being so prompt with my requests and the housekeeping staff for their meticulous service. I highly recommend Costa Riviera for anyone looking for a luxurious and hassle-free stay in Varanasi!"

So happy visit this lovely hotel delicious to find it unchange . brilliant location on near Kashi vishwanath mandir quite and relaxed . heritage hotel with well maintained and comfertable room easy walking distance to Ghat and many. Resturant and cafe Thank you so much Sandeep ji for your kindness and looking after me so well it felt like coming home

The place is very fancy and that is where all the appeal ends. The food there is terrible, I’ve never had this bad food ever in my life, the service is bad. They are not open to feedback. I came here for 3 nights with my family and we were 15 people. This is unacceptable. The internet is very very slow. The rooms doesn’t have proper drainage.

Worst hotel I have ever seen before Don't waste your precious time and money here Worst experience in this hotel Never going to visit here ever even it would be the last hotel of this city Sleeping on footpath is much better Don't visit here guys

We stayed here during our visit to Varanasi(19th Feb 24), I was quite satisfied with my stay. The rooms are spacious,well lit, comfortable and enough storage with a locker. Bathrooms are alright, but clean and hot water available 24*7. Overall a very clean hotel and has everything you expect when you are spending a lot compared to wide number of hotels available in the city at cheaper prices. Location is apt if you are visiting Kashi temple and dasashvamedh ghat. Near to railway station too. Got swimming pool on terrace and an open air restaurant and bar with live music over the weekends. The restaurant is located on 1st floor and menu has range of variety but I must say it is quite expensive and not every item is worth it. The taste is good but not the best Idlis for 200, pasta for minimum 500 and above, baby khichdi for 300. It think they need to improve the quality of food. Staff is helpful, very polite and welcoming.

Room was okay , clean and beds were very comfortable. Mukund in restaurant for Breakfast was good and helpful. Dinner service was good. Food was also good. Had a great waiter but unfortunately don’t know his name. Had some issues working out television and needed assistance on two occasions.

Had a great experience at the Costa Riviera in Varanasi. Room was clean, comfortable, and spacious. Staff was very accommodating and helpful. We ended up eating at the hotel restaurant, Seasons, a few times and they had an excellent breakfast buffet and really delicious a la carts options for lunch and dinner as well. Highly recommend, would definitely stay here again if I’m ever back in Varanasi!

Hotel is good from inside , spent good one day. but the location around it’s messy. Breakfast was average , especially South Indian not as like south items. But the restaurant waiter Mr Mukund very helpful and thanks to him for all the assistance.

We had a party in the banquet hall and it was really well managed. Wonderful work done by the team. Special thanks to Mr. OP Joshi who stood till the very end to make sure everything stayed perfect. Thank you for such an amazing experience!
