The newly opened hotel does not smell like decoration. The duty manager Luo Mengna contacted me before checking in and asked about my needs. I really felt that I was valued. It was great. After arriving at the hotel, every employee from the concierge to the front desk to the guest rooms was very helpful. It was a warm greeting, and finally it was breakfast the next day. There were many varieties of breakfast, and the pastries were first-class. To sum up, the service was really first-class👍The best hotel in Shangyu!

The hotel is newly opened, but the door is often broken. After staying there for a week, the door could not be opened after swiping the card 4 times. After calling, the waiter did not come to open the door for more than ten minutes. I waited several times to take things out.

I checked into the executive room of this new hotel. The lobby is very grand and the staff will greet me enthusiastically. Kiki at the front desk also introduced the hotel check-in responsibly and helped me a lot during my stay. I stayed on the 23rd floor. The floor-to-ceiling windows made the view very open and comfortable. The rooms were very clean and tidy. I even took a bath in the bathtub at night, which was very comfortable. The breakfast buffet on the second day also had many varieties and styles. It was very filling and a very comfortable experience!

I went to visit the scenic spot Fusi Mountain and stayed at the newly opened Marriott nearby. The room was comfortable and the breakfast was good. When I got home, I found that I didn't bring my mobile phone charger back, so I contacted the hotel. Someone from the service center immediately contacted me and couriered it to me after finding it.
