This hotel was lovely. The staff were friendly and when I reported excess noise from the room next door in the middle of the night, they put a stop to it. The rooms were spacious and the beds were ideal for a great night's sleep. The bathroom had all the toiletries that you need including a toothbrush and toothpaste. The restaurant had lots of lovely food including from a buffet and an a la carte menu. I have no hesitation in recommending this hotel.

The hotel itself is decent but the service at the hotel leaves a lot to be desired. (1) Endless reminders and debate on the day of checkout about a 20-30 minute late checkout request. Even when the hotel is not sold out and there is no need to hurry a guest into leaving. (2) Repeated interruptions with bill in hand for a cup of tea ordered for guests in the lobby. (3) Reminders about “full charge lagega” when ordering room service. (4) Strange rules like “dinner can be ordered only from 7pm” when a guest calls at 6:50pm. And so on. It is a pity because the hotel itself is quite good in terms of building, location and rooms. What one misses here is the feeling of hospitality that is expected at even a 4-star hotel. I see a lot of other glowing reviews, but most do not seem authentic. Hence took the time to pen down my experience.

The hotel is perfect in every way. The staff is attentive, helpful and goes the extra mile. Lots of staff to mention however like to mention Aadill who works the within the restaurant, he’s amazing. He made sure all our needs were taken care each day for breakfast and dinner. He was attentive to our needs each which made dealing with dinner and breakfast seamless.

My stay at the hotel was fantastic experience. Aadil has taken care of us during our stay. He made us feel special and made sure we we comfortable and always checked on us. Overall the hotel meets all our expectations. Our rooms, the boutique and the bar etc was most welcoming. Out stay was always met with wonderful music that was with us all the time. We stayed for 3 nights at the hotel and had a excellent experience . Room decor , hotel ambience and facilities and quality of food are very good . Would like to specially mention names of Adil and Shahrukh who were very helpful all through out .

We enjoyed our stay in the hotel. A very well maintained hotel. The hotel is located about 5 km from Shri Kashi Vishwanath Temple. The travel desk in the hotel could give us all the necessary information and also met our transport requirements during our stay. The staff in the hotel are friendly and well behaved. Excellent stay.

Conveniently located to all the important spots in the city. The Hotel has a Warm welcoming feel, everyone from the security to the restaurant staff , the reception and also the housekeeping was not only professional and efficient but were hospitable and well mannered. Kudos to the hotel management! Big thanks from all of us. We are definitely coming back!

Very nice and personalized service from the waiters and especially rl Mr. Aaldi and the Chef Mr. Monu and Mr. Ravi. My wife and I are very grateful for the help provided by the waiters because she was sick and they helped her. thank you. In general, the hotel is very clean and the laundry workers were very friendly and had your clothes clean in two hours.

We enjoyed staying in hotel all 3 days. I met Mr. Aadil at restaurant. His behavior is wonderful. He took care of both of us as a family member. His extraordinary behavior is remarkable. Mr. Aadil was also mentioned by my brother in law Mr. Pratul Shahdeo from ranchi, jharkhand, who stayed here few months back.
