The hotel itself is decent but the service at the hotel leaves a lot to be desired. (1) Endless reminders and debate on the day of checkout about a 20-30 minute late checkout request. Even when the hotel is not sold out and there is no need to hurry a guest into leaving. (2) Repeated interruptions with bill in hand for a cup of tea ordered for guests in the lobby. (3) Reminders about “full charge lagega” when ordering room service. (4) Strange rules like “dinner can be ordered only from 7pm” when a guest calls at 6:50pm. And so on. It is a pity because the hotel itself is quite good in terms of building, location and rooms. What one misses here is the feeling of hospitality that is expected at even a 4-star hotel. I see a lot of other glowing reviews, but most do not seem authentic. Hence took the time to pen down my experience.
