行った時期が急に寒くなったこともあり
来週からしか暖房が入らないと言われて
ホッカイロを持って行って正解でした。
部屋が広い分寒さがこたえました
ボイラー故障で2度ほど部屋を交換してもらいましたが
スタッフの方々が皆さん親切でした。
朝食もおいしかったし、ホールの方の感じも、とてもよかったです。

之前看評價説酒店各方面不盡如人意，心裏很忐忑，但到達之後，比預期的要好很多，房間很大，床單每天更換，很乾凈也很新，最重要的一點是地理位置相當好！

首先説這個高分很大原因是攜程客服的專業，我澄清一下這個酒店是沒有免費停車的，停車費自付但是住店會給個小折扣而已，後來客服幫我澄清解決，非常行雲流水，所以為我這個訂單加分不少。
説回酒店，早餐真的很好，不是吃得多好，而是酒店餐廳位置太好了，早餐就看着河道和小船，滿分景觀。
房間很大，設施確實舊，尤其是沙發和床，已經需要換了，沙發有壞的，床彈簧已經壞掉了，但有可能是我房間特別背而已。
浴室更新過，很乾凈，鑰匙會讓你印象深刻的，重重的結實的。
位置就在廣場旁邊，看漲水和坐gondola都太方便，無論床和沙發怎麼樣，就衝著這位置和早餐，再來還定這裏。
前台也很友善。
