Receptionist checked us in and out smoothly. The view of the room is great in both day and night. Bathroom is great and would be better if there is tooth brush and paste provided. Breakfast included is nice and they serve nice coffee, Nutella, fruits and drinks. Food and beverage servers and everyone there are friendly.

We had a lovely stay. We got a shared water taxi from the airport which took us straight to the front door of the hotel which was brilliant. All the staff were very friendly and helpful and the room was prefect. We were visiting for my other half’s 40th birthday and the hotel had left us a welcome bottle of Prosecco in the room for our arrival. The location is great, just along from the Rialto bridge and easy to walk everywhere. We had a lovely time just wandering about all the different areas stopping for a spritz and cichetti.
The breakfast at the hotel was fab, such a great choice and filled us up before going out for a day of walking about. Oh and the cocktails were amazing! With a little bit of theatre as well! Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Venice.

Super stylish hotel in great central location next to Grand canal. It was absolutely excellent! Super clean, smelled good, good breakfast. Beautiful marble bathroom, not huge but so, so beautiful and stylish.
We had canal view room and the view was to die for!

I loved my stay. The staff was great. My room overlooked the Grand Canal and was both beautiful and quiet.
Note the restaurant and bar for this hotel has outstanding food, drinks and service. In addition, the breakfast buffet was nice.

The beds were a little hard. Staff was wonderful. The 2 bedroom 2 bath suite was like an apartment. And was 3 flights up. NO ELEVATOR, it was a nice suite but took it's toll on the legs if you are not in physical shape or have a health condition. But the view was fantastic. Over all very nice stay.
PS.....breakfast buffet was great.
