I made a reservation at this hotel at 21h30. I received a message from the hotel at 22h giving me a code for the door and saying “upstairs you will find the key of the room number 7 on the 2nd floor”. I arrived at 22h30. I couldn’t find the entrance and sent them a message and tried to call them. No answers. A neighbour came out and showed me the entrance. After climbing a staircase, I pushed open a door that led to the reception desk to find a room completely plunged in the dark. I found the light but no key at reception. I made my way to the room after climbing a second flight of stairs. At the end of the corridor, I found room 7. There was no key on the door. I opened the door and turned on the light to find a room like in a horror movie. An unmade bed with dirty sheets and a dirty towel on it. Another dirty towel rolled in a ball on a chair. Everything very dirty and messy. I ran out leaving the light on and the door open. I'm a woman travelling alone and I was very scared. No one anywhere and no lights. I had to find another hotel when it was already very late. The next morning I received a message from them saying “you have to pay, shame on you”. They then called to insult me saying I left the room like that. I explained to them what happened, they pretended not to understand or that I was lying and they just hung up. I took pictures and screenshots of everything but cannot add pictures to this review. I'm still in shock and was very scared for my safety.

Very old interior, but in good condition. No breakfast available , so quite stiff price. Very good location.

Very quick check in on an extremely hot day arrived early an hour early as advertised check at 1pm to be told 3pm happy to leave my luggage and go out to explore I checked struggled to get up the first flight of stairs narrow stair case to be greeted by a young male, he was just there doing his job and that was it My room was clean bed ok but the room looked nothing like the photo of the room I booked lucky I’m just 5foot but still had to bed over to make a cup of tea same I’m the bathroom no room to move around in the shower get in and stand still If you are a large tall person this room is not for you As for the hotel I really wouldn’t call it a hotel it was more like renting a room I saw nobody once I was given my keys one for my room and one for the front door it was rather unusual, my room was cleaned each day while I was out Overall it’s a budget accommodation you get what you pay for a clean room and bed

After we got a confirmation two months prior to arrival we were registered and got room and keys. At 10 pm returning after dinner, our luggage was packed by them and put in a public area down the stairs behind the entrance door. A note said: “The room is booked for another customer.” The phone number they left on that note was wrong. Three other phone numbers of this hotel did not work: two of them were correct but they hang up on us, calling repeatedly, unanswered. Also the following days nobody called back. When we went a few days later, a nice, yet highly inexperienced lady in the reception called the manager. After less than a one minute call she told us there’s nothing she can do for us. No one took responsibility. The manager did not even apologize. We were never contacted by email either- except for the confirmation after booking, 2 months earlier.

We had a nice stay at the Locanda Antico Fiore. It was conveniently located; very close to the Sant Angelo water bus stop. It was also walking distance (under 1KM) to St. Mark's Square. Room/suite was dated, but clean and big enough for the 4 of us. Breakfast in the AM was fantastic. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Would stay there again.

What a lovely place to stay, excellent location great staff.

High price for what you get . Besides the location being good, this hotel was not the highlight of our weekend. We barely saw any staff , and were not welcomed by anyone besides having to call ourselves for an entry code. I understand that reception has it’s hours but it would have been nice to get a message upfront for example. The room smelled terrible (like old) and was located on the canal side but with a door directly opening onto the breakfast room . We got woken up every morning at 5-6am by some heavy engine boats which made the walls tremble . The people on the boats were also quite noisy, making it impossible to sleep in. So don’t be fooled by that canal view ! We hoped that, by booking directly , we would have avoided being placed in one of the noisiest rooms. I have attached some photos to show the “age” of this room but also raise awareness in case you have children because this isn’t the safest place for them. Beware of the sharp edges in the shower which can easily injure you but also the electric plugs which you can just pull out !

Agreed by phone for a late check-in , and was received by a ghost reception , having no indications on how to check in other than the front door code. No one was at the hotel and didnt answer any phone calls. Had to call ********** for a solution

Really mediocre! old-fashioned and unwelcoming hotel... cold and unpleasant room. Microscopic bathroom, you can't turn around in the shower. Sewer smell rising from the sink... In short! huge disappoin**ent; frankly borderline. Only the situation is correct. To avoid

Die Bilder sehen besser aus als sie sind. Für das Geld hätte ich etwas mehr erwartet. Hotel ist recht einfach. Zimmer sind aber schön groß und die Lage ist super gut. Achtung an Menschen die behindert sind. Es führen ca 30 sehr steile Stufen ins Hotel.

Ottima location centrale vicino piazza San Marco camera pulita e accogliente colazione con tutto e di più e tanta ospitalità da parte dello staff. Tutto ottimo.. Se tornerò a Venezia tornerò sicuramente da voi!.......................

Abbiamo soggiornato 2 notti ,pensando di entrare in un hotel, invece scopriamo che è un affittacamere. La camera inizialmente assegnataci era in pendenza con la testiera del letto più bassa rispetto alla posizione dei piedi. Alle nostre rimostranze , ci hanno proposto un'altra camera senza pendenza ma con un bagno minuscolo. . Segnaliamo che per raggiungere la camera si deve salire su una scala ripida e stretta quindi consiglio un bagaglio leggero. Il personale è gentile ma il servizio fornito pessimo. Abbiamo avuto un problema con il riscaldamento che a seguito di un guasto ,ha lasciato l'area comune al freddo, per fortuna la camera è provvista di uno split che ha risolto il problema per la notte. Ma la cosa peggiore è che siamo rimasti senza acqua calda ; il titolare dopo aver chiamato un tecnico ha comunicato che l'acqua calda c'era . Ma non era vero. Alle 19 di sera ho provato a contattarlo al cellulare, al numero fisso e via mail per segnalare il problema ma ricevuto nessuna risposta . Tutto questo pagato € 170 a notte.

Le personnel est très accueillant, l'hôtel tres calme et propre, le petit-déjeuner varié et exquis.

Hôtel à proximité de tout vaporette très prêt, très bien situé. Les chambres sont spacieuse en revanche la cabine de douche est très petite. J’ai oublié un AirPods sur le lit j’ai envoyé un mail pour qu’on me le renvoie en précisant que j’aurais payé les frais personnes ne m’a jamais repondu
