We stayed here twice in the month of July. Pet friendly rooms with separate bedroom for under$200. The pool was clean and there is a seating area next to a creek that you would never know you were right downtown. Staff were friendly and accommodating.

The room was clean to a point. However, I felt granular dirt on my feet when I walked in the room. Also, the bottom of my feet turned pitched black, almost like the floor had not been mopped. There were also stains running down the wall in my room. However, the furnishings were really nice and the Internet worked fast. Great mini-fridge, large television. I feel really divided on this place -- 2-3 stars but posted two because cleanliness is a big deal to me. Also, they got rid of the free breakfast blaming Covid-19 but I don't know that the price went down. Places that serve food are offering take-away during these times, not sure why this place doesn't. All in all, not a great place.

Our 11-person chartered car traveled from Vancouver to Banff for a week-long tour. On the first day, we spent the night at Vernon. We booked 5 twin rooms at Marriott Hotel on Ctrip. During the summer vacation, the price of 800 yuan was very high.

Would not go back again. If you do, do not get the eco room with the stove. It does not work and the stove top is rusted with broken knobs. Dirty counter and common touch areas were greasy, with inappropriately sized pot lids. AC would turn on and off at 1 minute intervals and would make really loud noises. Couch was not cleaned and had evidence of pet hair and dirt and crumbs on it. I would have booked another location if other places were not fully booked. Can’t really comment on the service too much but check in and out was smooth. Breakfast was decently solid, with hard boiled eggs muffin waffles sausage and hash browns.
