Check in foi muito confuso, hotel não possuía informações da reserva nem do pagamento que já havíamos feito e queria cobrar novamente. Até o momento do check out não haviam recebido informações da Trip sobre o pagamento antecipado que havíamos feito. Eu havia levado cópia impressa da reserva bem como da confirmação. Situação constrangedora. Certamente não vou reservar mais pela Trip.com para não passar por essa

Relatively new hotel which is kept in excellent condition. Rooms have lovely views and breakfast is excellent, although 1 day of the 5 we stayed they did struggle a little to keep up with demand. Best part: The pool! Great to finally have a outdoor pool with a view in the city! They do need to have some umbrellas though as it is South facing and the sun is relentless. Especially a concern with young children. Also the floor in the pool area is extremely slippery when you have wet feet. There is also a top quality shopping mall on site with some fabulous food choices. Staff were very good indeed! My only gripe was they ran out of English Breakfast Tea Bags so I had no tea for the last 2 days... but that's my own fault for being English!

The loacation is amazing! Nice hotel and the bed was very comfortable. That said, they definately have room for improvement. Breakfast area was very disorganized and the employees appreared very overwhelmed. And the layout of our room was much different than the photos online and did not make sense. The TV block our amazing view of the river, which was very disappointing.

Ficamos hospedados justamente no final semana que Porto Alegre decretou calamidade pública. Só temos agradecimentos ao pessoal do hotel por toda atenção e cuidado para com nos hóspedes. Sempre atenciosos e prontos para nos ajudar no que fosse preciso. A localização do hotel é maravilhosa, tem um shopping junto a ele, com restaurantes, mercado, brinquedo para crianças. Não pudemos usufruir devido as circunstâncias. Em uma próxima ocasião ficaremos hospedados novamente neste hotel.

El alojamiento fue gestionado por nuestros socios. Me parece un hotel con muy buena calidad, pero alejado del centro y solo destacable por la vista de la laguna y el centro comercial. Llegamos muy tarde del aeropuerto y no había nada abierto, por lo que el primer dia tiramos de vending del hotel. La recepción es un poco lenta en atendernos y con poca información. El check-in fue no obstante bien. Las habitaciones son amplias y muy luminosas, con buen aislamiento térmico y malo acústico, lo que influye en el sueño. Las camas confortables. El baño bien, a secas, sin muchas pretensiones. La wifi funciona muy mal, con problemas permanentes de conexión. El desayuno es tipo buffet, muy completo, con productos alérgenos, lo que se agradece en mi caso.

Hotel novo, estrutura linda e quarto bem amplo e confortável. A cama é um espetáculo de conforto!! Ressalva para o banheiro que realmente ñ tem privacidade e é bem pequeno mas a ducha é ótima! O quarto é bem equipado, tem mesa com cadeira, sofazinho e tem até tábua e ferro de passar. Ficamos em uma suíte com vista frente ao guaíba, é lindo e indico! O café da manhã é maravilhoso, tem opções sem glutem e sem lactose! Ao meio dia fomos almoçar no restaurante do hotel e o prato que pedimos uma delicia, mto bem servido! Possui piscina frente ao guaíba que permite assistir ao por do sol, vale a pena conferir!! Em anexo ao hotel tem um shopping, tbm a Leroy Merlin. Atravessando a avenida tbm tem o shopping Barra com muitas opções de lojas e refeições. O hotel esta localizado próximo ao estádio BeiroRio também. Único inconveniente do hotel é o valor do estacionamento, caríssimo, 90,00 diária!

Apartamentos super confortável e silenciosos, café da manhã fantástico e uma gastronômica acima da média na região. Áreas sociais do hotel e bem acolhedoras e ainda contempla uma vista panorâmica fabulosa que vale a pena viver essa experiência acompanda de uma gastronomia ímpar assinada pelo no Chef que traz uma gastronomia contemporânea ao hotel. Amei viver essa experiência memorável. Super indico este hotel para se hospedar em Porto Alegre.

Um bom hotel com serviço pouco profissional. Bonita piscina e academia, porém não oferecem serviços de massoterapia. Check in super demorado e pessoal do restaurante não conhece os pratos que servem. Banheiro da suíte não tem privacidade, muito pequeno e mal planejado. Senti muita falta da uma mesa de cabeceira. A suíte que fiquei tem uma sacada bem ampla, porém com uma parede grande que esconde a vista para o rio.

Localização maravilhosa, vista linda, quarto e café da manhã muito bom! Atendimento atencioso! Vários restaurantes abaixo do hotel, shopping e também supermercado. Possui um belo lugar para caminhar na orla do Guaíba, e muitos brinquedos para as crianças…
