Stayed at this property, and while the physical hotel itself has potential, the entire experience was completely ruined by the appalling attitude of the General Manager/“boss”. From the moment we interacted, she was incredibly rude, dismissive, and utterly lacking in basic hospitality skills. Instead of treating paying guests with respect, she treated us with blatant condescension-as we didn’t deserve their time or basic courtesy. A hotel culture starts at the top, it is clear why the service here feels so cold. If the management views paying customers as a nuisance rather than valued guests, they are in the wrong industry. Pros: Location and the other staff was decent Cons: Toxic management, disrespectful treatment, and a complete lack of customer service. I will not be returning, and I’ll spend somewhere where management actually understands the concept of hospitality.

Eden Bleu hotel Vico Equense is an amazing place to stay. Such a peaceful and relaxing week spent there. The staff are amazing and a real credit to the hotel, nothing was too much for them. The chef is a revelation, the food was 5 star, plentiful and delicious every night. I've never felt so well fed with four course delight each night. Thank you to everyone at Eden Bleu

Great hotel. Great location. Only one small con. They make you pay 8 Euro for a towel for the pool. You can’t use your own. So it’s not really a free pool. Which we found very odd.

Family run hotel with excellent attentive service and good food. We stayed half board with buffet breakfast and dinner from a set menu. Only a few yards from the local marina and harbour with a few restaurants and ferry servicess to the likes of Sorrento and Capri Local bus stop within 50 yards with the next stop Vico Equense train station. From there regular services to Sorrento, Naples and the likes of Heraculeum. Not practically walkable to either Vico Equense or Sieano station - no footpaths via most direct route or very steep stairs. Public transport is the best option, I wouldn't attempt driving!

We had a fantastic holiday at Eden Bleu. The staff were very helpful with arranging trips and advising on transport. The breakfast was delicious and the service excellent. The rooms were comfortable with balconies, fridges and extra bedding. The rooftop bar had great views of the marina and Vesuvius. All in all we couldn’t fault it. Marina D’Aequa is a small fishing village popular with Italians at the weekends. It’s not too touristy and has a good selection of restaurants. Having a car would have been an advantage but the local bus takes less than 10 mins to get into Vico Equense proper, where you can get trains to Sorrento, Pompeii and Naples.

The location is perfect! The staff were welcoming, polite and very accommodating. The room was modern and very clean. The entire hotel was very clean as well. The hotel pool was great for the kids. The top floor bar and restaurant was added touch very amazing views.

I came here with my two daughters and it started badly with the airline losing my mobility aid however the wonderful staff at the hotel got me the free loan of a wheelchair for the length of our stay!from the local pharmacy. This hotel is amazing clean modern and very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious. The small fishing village is full of amazing and not too expensive restaurants-a very special pier restaurant where you can watch the sun go down. I would recommend this hotel and look forward to going again.
