Bathroom with shower on the floor.DownstairsA bright staircase leads to the lower floor where there is a large living room full of light and which leads to the three bedrooms and another large bathroom also equipped with every comfort.The exterior is studied in detail. The large English lawn surrounds the entire villa where there is the Mediterranean scrub and the large swimming pool (infinity 12m x 6m minimum height 110 cm maximum height 230 cm) with outdoor furniture such as: deck chairs, umbrellas, chairs and tables.
