We stayed at the ****** for a class reunion elsewhere in town. Had never seen the ****** and was surprised at how large it was. Was very happy with everything. The lobby was large and impressive. We felt very secure with the security. The room was very nice and clean. Before retirement I was a manager of housekeeping, and the room was nicely cleaned and supplied.

Brand new room. 2 complaints Beds were uncomfortable and we lost Tv reception the last night. Inconvenient with 2 teenagers

Wasn't allowed to check in at 4:00PM, room wasn't ready. heavy construction everywhere . You need to take the elevator to the 2nd floor, then walk across the hotel to another elevator to the 4th floor due to construction. I asked the desk if they could bring up two "to go" boxes from the restaurant for my pizza, they said no. No helpful with anything. Your on your own.

The rooms were nice and clean and it was quiet. Was only disappointed my check in time was 4 and I didn't get checked into a room until 8:30 that evening. Otherwise was an alright trip.

My husband and I have stayed here before and love it. Its clean, comfortable and fun for an overnight stay.

When we arrived the clerk refused to give us a non smoking room unless we paid for another room. Wouldn’t honor our ******* reservation. Asked for the manager and he stated he was. Then sold us a room with the same thing we reserved just non smoking. Irritating.

My room was clean and quiet. I slept really well until the room alarm clock went off at 6:25am! I did not set it! The pillows and bed were very comfy. Thank you

The elevator was actually scary. The place looked run down and old. With such an awesome ****** area it was a shame the hotel was neglected.

Parking for a standard pickup truck and 10' trailer was very far from hotel entrance

All night doors were banging and it wasnt just here or there kids runninh up and dowon the hall pool was cold

Most of the staff were friendly and helpful. The person who checked us in was not. He was not helpful. I asked to have my room near my sister and he said we were on different floors and it was not possible because of the holidays and it being hectic, yet, there didnt seem to be many people there.

We had fun in the ******, but the time we went to bed i found a pillow had blood on it for disappointment 😞. Not any combination for it. Complain about it. Staff at nights very rude. Going to Complain about it when I check out.

Not a whole lot of options as they’re in the process of renovation. No buffet, limited food selection at Plums, 1991 kitchen sit down seems nice but a bit pricey I think.

Only thing and this was my fault, I booked and it was a smoking room. The side of the building was really smokey, again this was my fault for not checking. Other than that, I really wish there were more dining options. On a weekend once 10pm comes around, the only option is Plums. It would be nice to have another restaurant or have a little more variety for meals.
