Be warned. They take your money! Do not book without checking the dates the restaraunt is open, we booked a sunday 1 night stop, on a road trip becuase the Hotel had a restaraunt which was perfect after a long drive. Only to find out after we had booked and paid that the restaurant is closed on Sunday and Monday. When I asked for a refund on the basis that this warning was not explicit when booking, they refused and in my humble opinion have behaved like very unreasonable people. They refused to speak with me, and have ghosted all attempts to get a refund so I am regretfully having to warn others about it. They seem very desperate and happy to quibble over £65.00, I wonder how many others have fallen into this trap?

Very friendly staff, excellent evening meal and breakfast. Perfect for a stopover on our journey skiing. Would recommend.

It was such a nice week end! The staff was cool and warm even if they didn't speak english , they tried so hard, it was nice of them! About the food, it was so yummy and the hotel was pretty good, it really worth the price! I was there with some friend and we definitely want to go back there and laugh with Jerem and his colleagues!

We booked here for one night and had dinner there. Delicious dishes and very good value for money. a special mention for the server who was very professional, attentive and pleasant. On the other hand, the evenings which last until 01:30 am with the horns of the guests, the laughter and the noises greatly reduced our night. No air conditioning in the bedroom located under the roof, no air conditioner or fan available, the only fanlight remained open at night without the air circulating or bringing freshness to the bedroom, very unfortunate. For the next day, we are kindly asked not to come for lunch too late because 400 people arrive for noon for the Pool Party, so we have to allow time to organize the space. In short, the welcome is smiling, the quality of the dishes is at the appoin**ent: very good for lunch or dinner but not for sleeping.

Meal at the restaurant of the castle: we appreciated the space between the tables, the speed of the service. Varied menus and advice from the servers who were very pleasant with us. The quality of the meal was reasonable for the price charged.

Restauration simple sans chichi [pas d'attitude maniérée ] - tous les plats testés étaient succulents et suffisants - le seul souci est que le village est en pleine campagne ► dur à trouver mais un bon GPS vous aidera l'accueil est chaleureux - le midi 1 seule personne pour le service en salle et derrière le comptoir ► si vous avez peu de temps pour déjeuner le signaler vous avez priorité pour le service

La piscine très sale, très décevant Nous avons réservé cette hotel pour profiter de la piscine après notre journée en randonnée. Grosse déception à l arrivée on découvre une piscine tres sale où personnes n a pu se baigner. Pas de geste commercial non plus pour nous dédommager et une chambre payée 99 € + 12 € de petit-déjeuner. Nous n y retournons pas.
