Hotels near Kanki-ji Temple in Wakayama

We booked 3-bed room. The room was big to accommodate 3 people. The staff who could speak Chinese was nice and helpful. The hotel had e-bike to rent for only JPY800 a day which was wonderful. Breakfast was excellent. However, the 8/F corridor had strong smoking smell.

Directly connected to Wakayama Station. Because it was in front of the station, there was a CVS and so on. Overall, I'm satisfied, but I have a strong feeling for young couples, so there are some places where our ６０ couples do not match 々. Free drinks (vending machine type) are installed in the lobby, but since there is a small relaxing space, I feel that I have to take it back to my room or emphasize privacy. Su. Excellent property and front desk service. Walking distance to Rinku Premium Outlets and train station to the airport or the cities (Osaka/ Kyoto etc). Family Mart in the same building; Lawson convenient store a few steps away. Spotlessly clean room and fresh smelling towels.

Very Japanese-style room ～ I like tatami ～ Not far from the subway station and shopping mall ～ (there is LV) ～ Just walk and walk to ～ The surrounding area is very quiet ～ Feeling at home ～ The boss family is also very enthusiastic ～ There is also a place to take a bath ～ Suitable for a family of three ～ Key peace and Geshan City is very suitable for ～ It takes only 15 minutes to take the bus ～ It's really comfortable.

Simple hotel but super convenient, close to JR train station and there are many eateries nearby. The hotel even includes a complimentary buffet breakfast, nothing fancy but just a nice touch to start your day. Room is proper and clean. Note that the train station nearby is JR Wakayama station and not Wakayama-shi (Wakayama city) station on the private train line. I made a mistake myself and had to get here by another train ride. This is a very pleasant town. If you have time, take the JR line to Kishi station (貴志駅) to see its famous cat manager Tama.

the wakayama castle is over looking from the elivator and maybe some rooms can see it also .. but sad to say the room is not so clean,,, lot of dust we found on bed board...

Close to JR Wakayama station, whilst not on the most exciting side, there's still plenty of food options for dinner. The hotel is what you would expect from the Toyoko Inn chain if you've ever stayed with them before: efficient check in, good service, small but clean and comfortable rooms. Breakfast is the usual basic Japanese fare with toast as a Western option, with limited seating. They strangely seemed to be lacking knives, so other hotel guests as well as myself were using forks, spoons and chopsticks to try and spread the jam on the toast! A well priced hotel which gives me the basics I need for a good night's rest.
