The room was very humid, it has a very weird smell and we were given the underground room. The window was very small and what’s worst was, we found cigarette butts when we open up the blankets in our bed. That was gross and disgusting. The location was great but was really disappointed with the room that was given to us.

The room was directly connected to an exterior carpark which felt unsafe in a new environment. The hotel did not accomodate my request to switch rooms.

房間衛生還行。主要是沒有洗漱用品和拖鞋，很不方便。周圍環境還行，位置挺好找的，距離傑拉爾頓中心沙灘很近。

Das Zimmer war groß allerdings ließ die Ausstattung zu wünschen übrig. Kein Safe, kein Kaffeekocher, Lauter Kühlschrank und sehr laute Klimaanlage. Die Dusche setzte beim Duschen das ganze Bad unter Wasser. Die Handtücher hatten eine orangenen Schleier. Das Hotel hat seine besten Jahre hinter sich.
Unser Zimmer hatte den Blick in den Hof bzw. auf eine Wand. Ein Wechsel des Zimmers war auch gehen Aufpreis nicht möglich. Als wir dann sagten das es ok ist wurden wir noch blöd angemacht von der Rezeptionistin. Ich kann von dem Hotel nur abraten.
Das einzige was ok war, war die Lage am Meer.

我們到的時候發現攜程沒有和酒店確認訂單。酒店的房間已經滿員。前台的老太太很熱情。去幫我們打電話聯繫，有一個客人預訂了，還沒有來住，後來把他的海景房讓我們先住。攜程人工客服這邊也及時聯繫，讓我們先付租金入住，第二晚就按照訂單入住，後來很快解決了租金返還的問題。酒店很不錯，主要是外國人住，沒有見到華人。早餐做的很美味。$12可吃飽，$24的套餐，量大，吃很飽，很撐。
