This is the third time we have stayed here. Always a good experience. Hotel is clean, staff is friendly, beds are SUPER comfy, and breakfast is really good. Will stay here again when in the area.

Milk was expired at breakfast, and the pool was “open” but was green and water about 50 degrees. Stay at the hotel across the highway

Absolutely the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Check in was fast , the lady checking us in was friendly and informative. The room was clean, comfortable and spacious. The bed was the most comfortable I’ve ever slept in at a hotel. Breakfast was delicious and warm. Breakfast area was spacious.

The biggest reason we booked this hotel was because of the pool which has been closed for awhile for maintenance. No notice. Everything else for great, breakfast was better than anticipated.

This is our second time staying in the Holiday Inn Express in Warrensburg. They stay was very pleasant. Hotel was super clean and the staff was great. Lots of choices for breakfast, but it was just ok. Overall, we enjoyed staying there and plan on going back again in June.

It was a great experience. Everything was, and smelled, so clean. The bedding was super comfy, as were the mattress and pillows. The only reason I'm not giving a 10 out 10 is because the shower curtain was missing & we were forced to take a shower w/out it; however, when we were checking out, I told the desk attendant and she was very apologetic, stating that I could have called & they would've sent one up immediately. I just hadn't thought of that haha So it's on me. Very hospitable attendants, friendly, very clean and comfortable environment, and I loved the black out shades as well.

The beds are NOT queen beds. They are double. There’s a difference and I don’t know why hotels can get away with the misrepresentation. However…they are very comfortable, and the room was dark and quiet, so we enjoyed the stay.

The hotel was nice and modern, in a convenient, quiet location. The check-in staff was courteous and efficient, even offered to sign me up for their rewards program. However, the second night into the four-night stay revealed an ant infestation in our third floor room that resulted in throwing out $10 worth of snacks. It was the evening when I reported the ant infestation to the front desk associate, who recorded it in a book and noted that it would be the next day before they could call an exterminator. I asked if they had any ant bait to lay out in the meantime. She went back and came back out with a bottle of ant bait that I could lay out. I expected an offer to move to another room, but I assumed hotel was full--I didn't ask. The ants had finished the ant bait by the third night, so I requested more ant bait, and they handed me the bottle again. By the morning of checkout, the ants were finally gone after working on the ant bait for 3 days. At checkout, the associate offered to add points to their rewards program, but not any offer to the Hotels rewards. I asked for just a $10 refund for ruined snacks, but they deferred to giving me rewards points instead, even offering to sign me up on the spot. I declined. I'm not an aggressive customer. I deal with what I can, and move on. It was an unfortunate, disappointing stay.
