Location is close to city Center but rooms are small and the hotel has an old style elevator. Ok for a short stay

They told me There is 150$ for security And they told me i will take it back after check out I called the bank they told me The hotel withdraws the money

The club and hotel are in the same building, so you can hear the music from the club until late at night. However, it is good to be able to stay near the center of Washington DC at a low price.

The Baron Hotel is an old and worn out hotel. It's convenient, affordable and in a good location. It works, but its potential to be charming is compromised by a dingy and way past its prime atmosphere. The people who work there are very nice and there's free coffee in the lobby each day. I did notice bed bugs in my room, which was not so pleasant.

There is no parking at all for this Hotel other than park the car on the street where there is no space to park on the street either....Also there was no hot water att all in the shower(let it flow for 15-20 minutes and nothing. This hotel should not be recommended at all to any travelers. Did not feel secured during my short stay at this Hotel...

I travel very frequently for work and personal trips and this “hotel” has been by far the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. There are carpets everywhere, including all of the rooms, which seem like they haven’t been cleaned in several decades. The first night of my stay, I got 0 sleep. There is a pub joined alongside the hotel, which was loud at night and I could hear people’s full on conversations from the outside. This isn’t the hotels fault but I’m just surprised that they would put anyone in a room like this, which had very questionable stains all over the carpet. The heater is in the window and extremely loud so if you’re a light sleeper, then good luck. If you turn off the heater, the room gets freezing cold so you need to choose between sleeping in the cold or not sleeping at all. There was no duvet on the bed, but rather a thin sheet that barely kept you warm. The next morning, I asked to switch rooms away from the pub and the gentleman at the front desk was able to help me out. The second room was better noise-wise but still subpar. I found multiple cockroaches and centipedes the size of my palm along with other bugs crawling on the carpets and the bedding. There was no hot water coming out from the sink and it took at least 15 mins for hot water to come out of the shower. Do yourself a favor and spend a little bit more money for an actual hotel. Avoid this place at all costs.

Although great location and decent price, our hotel room and to a lesser extent the the hallways smelled strongly of chemical cleaners. Bed was mediocre, and bright street lights shone through into the room.

Good: check-in, cleanness, stuff, vibes, location, Thai restaurant around there corner. Bad: no hot water in the morning (perhaps my personal bad luck), impotent internet, no fridge, no microwave, all noise and weather from the outside delivered to your bed without any attenuation.

The guys working at the desk all act like they don't want to be there and have a bad attitude. The room was clean and nice and the neighborhood has lots of local dives and its 4 blocks from the metro. There is pretty much no lobby. The elevator is very old and small so you will get stuck on it. I came in one night the comedy club was open and I was having to squeeze through people with my bags.

Clean ok, no noise. Good location. But I was cold in October. The heat was straight to my friend bed so she was hot. But how the beds were placed, I did not have heat on me. Good for a night.

The hotel is old and the rooms are plain and small, but the bed was comfortable and the hotel is conveniently located near a Metro station. The noghtly rate was very reasonsble.

It property is few mins walk from the metro, has the basic amenities needed. No complaints

It was a pleasant stay. I enjoyed the old-fashioned elevator.The staff was friendly and accommodating.

2 nights stay for business . Very good location. Beautiful neighborhood with impressive architecture. Good vibes! Hotel definitely needs some updates. The reception area is extremely small and inconvenient. But the front desk agent was extremely helpful and very friendly. Unfortunately I do not remember his name, but I remember he is from Argentina originally. He had an amazing attitude and was always ready to help in findings the resolution. I think he is a great asset for the company. I would stay here again
