Hotel Wakes all guests up to check out at 9:15 am as a pattern. Breakfast is missing items and not replenished for a long time deliberately. Rooms are clean and nice. Air and heat work. Tv is fine.

Got bite up by bed bugs! Staff was rude because they had bed bugs. Someone paid for the room the next day!

The pillows cases didn't look clean i had to use pillow cases on opposite side of the room.. not sure if the sheets were clean as well...looks like they just made up the bed for the next guess, when i arrived.

My husband and I booked 2 rooms for 4 nights. We booked it for us and for my in laws. We were there for my little bil's navy graduation and to spend some time with him before he leaves. Anyway, the day we checked in the receptionist gave us our cards for 1 room, and my husband and I left to go grab our stuff from the car. We were tired from the car ride and totally forgot about the other set of cards for the second room, and the receptionist didn't even stop us from walking out the door. There wasn't anyone else checking in other than us I think, but we didn't quite like how she left us hanging like that.
The guests that stayed by the side door entrance, I'm assuming, smoked a lot of **** or something. It really wasn't a pleasant smell and we had kids. I know bugs/insects can be anywhere, but our room had ants. They had breakfast everyday which was nice. The service phone in our room didn't seem to work at all. Staying here wasn't the best, but it wasn't the worst either. Would we come back? Probably not. We have stayed at other holiday inns before and they were a lot nicer than here. We do like how there were restaurants and stores around the area, so that was a plus for us. Anyway, our stay was okay.

This hotel was great. Location, staff, breakfast and cleanliness was amazing. This hotel is just a few minutes away from the Naval base and right in the middle of anything you’d need.
