Terrible front desk service, rude and abrupt. Communication among the staff is disorganized, to say it kindly. I have worked in hotels, and when there is a significant problem that is the fault of poor communication between departments of the hotel, you apologize and solve the problem. You take ownership… period. I asked the same question 3 times, in an attempt to solve the problem myself, and the front desk clerk, in a very condescending tone, kept talking around the question, instead of just providing the information that I needed. I am 53 years old, and don’t appreciate being talked to like I’m a child, from “hospitality” personnel. If you want a smile and a personable, helpful attitude, there are many other hotels in the area to stay at.

A good experience. The front desk was excellent, the room very clean. I know the building has been there a long time but you don't get that feeling entering or in the room. Bed was very comfortable. No breakfast or restaurant for the morning. And currently lot's of road construction.

It was terrible. They lie and say they have queen size beds, but they’re really full size beds. The room had all type of scratches in marks everywhere. The shower was very nasty. They make you pay for the breakfast and I still haven’t got my deposit back. It was a horrible experience.

This hotel was a very nice place for a get away with someone special. It is close to a lot of places to eat and play. The staff was very nice and friendly. It was quiet, clean and we really enjoyed our stay. The room rate was a little high but I believe it was because of the Harley festival happening at the same time.

We stayed there 2 nights for the Harley Davidson homecoming concert. The room was really expensive for what it was. The cleaning staff was sleeping on laundry cards in the hallway and playing on their phones blocking the hallway. You could hear everything that was going on in the room next door. They had parties, arguments, and other until 3 am each night. The hotel gave us a flyer that made it seem like breakfast was included so we went and ate but then were presented with a bill for $45 which was way too expensive for what it was and considering I spent $300 a night on the room I was not happy. Wish they would have had a sign or at least told us before we ate the lousy food there was a Dennys a 5-minute walk away that would have had better food and it would have been cheaper. When I Confronted the staff about it they just shrugged and walked away. All in all not a good experience we will not be going back...

Ok for the price! Staff nice and informative. Hotel could use some updating especially the bathroom. A decent shower was not an option. (Rusted shower head) Coffee not the best but in a pinch works. Hot & Humid in hotel hard to cool down room.

It was a mediocre experience overall. Nothing special about the rooms or amenities. But got the job done. Tons of construction in the area which is real nuisance. Makes quickly getting around a complete nightmare.

Great location in Milwaukee County. Hotel was clean and accommodating. Staff was friendly. Jimmys bar and grill has a nice selection of food and drinks were very reasonable. We felt very comfortable at the hotel

There was NO hot water in my shower for the entire 3 day visit, despite repeated requests to get it fixed. It was ridiculous trying to get reaqdy for 4 different wedding events with no shower. Never again.

Hotel rooms were good and Jimmy’s Iguana Bar & Grill was excellent, but location is on a busy intersection so it gets pretty noisy. It’s within walking distance to Mayfair Mall if you need to shop or want other restaurant options. The AC was either not working or turned off in the lobby which I found uncomfortable. Jimmy’s had staffing shortage so getting attention for service and order delivery was difficult. I stayed her to be close to a funeral home for a family memorial service, so it served it’s purpose.

DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL. We went for the pool. We got there and were told it was shut down. The whole place stinks of paint. So much so one of the staff said it was making them sick and might not go to work the next day. The tub drained very slow. And there was paint pealing from the popcorn ceiling in the bathroom. We were to stay a second night and asked for a refund because of the of the smell and no pool. We were told we had to ask ******* for it (******* said we had to ask the hotel). There was no manager on duty when we checked in at about 1:00 pm and no manager on duty when we checked out at about 9:30 am. The people working the front desk were cold and unhelpful. We did not stay the second night.

They were in the middle of a pool repair. The fumes of epoxy filled the entire hotel. The cancellation policy prevented us from avoiding health problems. And if that wasn't bad enough the AC didn't work and it took me five contacts before I finally got someone to follow through and fix it. (Maintenance did A GREAT JOB!) Even though I requested to speak to the manager a number of times, she never contacted me to offer any satisfaction for the 1st night sleeping in a room that was 81°.

Rooms were okay, bathroom was really small with almost no ventilation. The pool was disgusting both times we were in it. The paint off the bottom of the pool was chipping so bad I cut my feet. location was the main reason for booking.

The room was dirty, stains on comforter, end tables, tv stand, even the wall. Crumbs on the carpet and lint balls present. We were informed that the hotel was experiencing short staffing in their house cleaning department.
