酒店的房間是新裝修的，裏面住着還行，但大堂和電梯不是。服務有一種老國企的氣質，怎麼看感覺都不像這個年代4星的標準了，不過還都算熱情。酒店最大的優點就是位置，出了門向東就是威海最熱鬧的地方。好餐館都在步行距離。
由於入住的人太少，酒店的早餐是套餐，看看是否符合大家的喜好。

這酒店除了地理位置外，其他方面讓我大失所望！房間是小、舊、臟，衞生間裏淋浴間和門上有很多黴變臟，淋浴水流很小，淋浴間門關不嚴，一洗澡就漏水，洗手盆下面的下水管也是漏的，一用衞生間就能流一地水，抽水馬桶的水箱居然藏在洗手枱下面，整個衞生間居然沒有一個掛衣鈎或架子，整個房間的裝修極為簡單粗陋，根本不像是2020年裝修的，照明燈是白色的光源，沒一點温暖感，房間一個窗户外面蒙上了塑料膜讓你看不到窗外，不知為何？一天給二瓶飲用水，再要的話收5元一瓶。整個酒店就二部客梯，酒店有部分房間正在裝修，裝修工人居然都帶着工具一身的臟坐客梯，有時為了搬運材料甚至長時間佔用一部客梯，這種情況匪夷所思！儘管開了請勿打擾的燈，但早上八點保潔還是很準時的來敲門要搞衞生，告知還在休息後，保潔還是很盡責很堅持的問要等多長時間才能搞衞生？酒店早餐是九點就結束，趕着八點四十去吃，想吃餛飩，廚師説餛飩是現包現做，要等一會兒，想想這是正常的，就告知廚師給下一碗吧，結果廚師還是重複了剛才的話，衹是語氣中體現了明顯的不願給做的意思，接下來的事就很不愉快了！酒店的大堂本來就不大，為了增加效益，前台正對面的位置還擺上了賣茶葉和水的攤位，讓人感覺是進了哪個小市場了，唯一要表揚的是早餐餐廳裏的一個服務員，除了説話態度熱情和藹外，還主動為其他工作人員的過錯做解釋和彌補，減少客人的不愉快。説了那麼多，提醒大家一下這酒店可是明晃晃的掛着四星的，是家威海的四星級酒店。因為一家酒店而拉黑一個城市，唯陽光也！

酒店位置好環翠樓公園就在酒店方便，附近吃飯很方便，酒店距離夜市，步行街非常近，適合家庭長者小孩出遊住宿的好地方。酒店服務也很到位，剛已入住就提供燙腳盆，耳塞。

入住這家酒店，開啟了完美的威海之旅。4月份看評價不錯，就預訂了這家酒店。
客房服務人員很棒，有手寫的卡片，還有小禮物（圖5）。每天都有水果，第一天香蕉，番茄，第二天蘋果，番茄。
房間設施很好，很新。服務員會給榻榻米鋪床。三個女生去的，還不錯。
酒店有停車場，門口就是環翠樓正門，我的房間在8樓，可以看到環翠樓。

出門在外，多有不便，但陽光大廈給了客人真誠的服務，蘋果的存放（總枱服務員熱情服務）、自駕車忘關燈（總枱服務員熱情打來電話提醒）、衣順晾曬的衣架（服務員小於、小孟幫忙拿來了衣架）點點滴滴，從樓層服務員到總枱服務員每一位員工都在為陽光大廈增光添彩，真誠地感謝陽光大廈領導及他們的員工，他們應當收到"點贊″。
