Very disappointed. I chose this hotel because it has a swimming pool and gym, but they are unusable! They are located outside the hotel, to access them it is necessary to cross the public car parks; the "pool", which is located in the basement of a horror movie, is actually an unheated pool of water (at the concierge we were told it is at room temperature, too bad it was 6 degrees!) and the gym is in a small room which was not even lit .... This hotel for me is not worth 4 stars, I could have chosen other rooms like the one booked in other cheaper hotels.

We stayed here for a single night while in Welly. It's in a good location if you're on that side of the CBD (we had a gig up the road at the Dominion Museum Building and it couldn't have taken more than 5 mins to walk up there). Close to Courtenay Place. We got the cheapest room available, and while it was small, it was clean and comfortable. The outside noise was blocked out completely when the balcony doors were closed. Parking is available at the parking building next door (we booked via the hotel and parked in their reserved parking spaces).

Room was better than expected especially for the price, the room had a kitchen and bath great view of the city with a cute balcony, double glazing minimizing traffic and noise. My daughter loved the pool, such lovely service from staff and reception, very tidy and immaculate and perfect with underground parking at an extra cost but you do not need the car as you are in the heart of Wellington and within walking distance of food entertainment and the waterfront, we will definitely be back again ❤️

The suite is pretty nice and spacious for my entire family. The room has enough commodities for cleaning and cooking. The living area with the sofa is nice addition to chill and relax after a day out. There's enough shower and bathroom. The bed was nice and soft.

The room is big, comfortable, excellent, full furnished, what we need are all there. The hotel is near everywhere and the price is affordable. The hotel people is kind, helpful and easy communicate with. We are surely back to Tory Hotel if we come to Wellington again.

We stayed a couple of nights in a spacious 2 bedroom apartment. Bed and pillow were comfy. Shower over bath and sizeable. The location is a hit, you can walk anywhere and forget about using a car. Tepapa Museum just 4 minutes away as well. Staff are really lovely! Recommend to come here and stay and don’t bring your car.

Beautiful place on Tory Street. The hotel has all we need. Full kitchen and washing machine. They do not have aircon but the staff do offer you a fan on request. Staff are lovely. Just 4 minute away from Cuba and Courtney. Car park is $30 which might sound expensive but Wilson parking is like $40. Would come back to stay again!

After a long day of driving , Leo Ha met us at the curb with a happy face and friendly attitude that completely made us feel at home. What an outstanding employee .. he couldn't do enough to help us get settled in our lovely room with amazing views from our deck overlooking the city. A fantastic place great location and very upscale accommodations but it is people like Leo that will ensure people come back here and recommend this place to others!

High tech interior (all glass bathroom sink) , will do laundry, nice views wirh balcony, full kitchen. Good location withmanyrestaurants naerby and short walk to waterfront and NationalMuseum. Particularly helpful and friendly staff.
