This Hampton in was a little more rundown than others, but it served its purpose. Check-in was fast and easy. Everyone was very friendly. The heater was loud, but otherwise the mandatory quiet hours were thankfully observed!

The staff is always professional, efficient and friendly. May be showing some minor age in places, but the location is great. Access to shopping, food and even a movie theater. Highly recommend.

Staff, particularly Anthony and Winnie, are very friendly, welcoming and helpful.Room and common areas were immaculate, including holiday decorations.

Seemed very unsafe - rules indicated sketchy clientele. Large deposit required in case you destroyed property - again - sketchy.

It was not the same quality I have come to expect from Hampton Inn. The facilities were old and run down.

Great location for exploring the Pioneer Valley with good food options close by.
Hotel is overdue for a renovation. Public spaces are worn out and our room wasn’t much better.

When making reservation, there is no parking fee shown. When checking out, hidden parking fee is shown on the bill.
Hotel reception said we’ll get $50 refund when we check out. But nothing was refunded.

We could not get the air conditioner to stop blowing cold air. We even tried turning it off still cold air! We were so cold.

Liked having breakfast available until 10 am. The mattress in our room had seen better days. We needed to turn it to insure no one fell out of bed.

We enjoyed our stay! We came for the night to go to the Big E. It was a clean hotel, comfortable room. We liked it a lot! Wish we could’ve stayed longer.

The staff was great - everyone very pleasant and attentive. Our room and the breakfast rooms were very clean. The pool needs some attention - water was not crystal clear and the pool furniture and umbrellas were pretty shabby.
