The room was clean and the front desk service was very good

Very nice hotel

Really nice place off the main drag, which means less traffic noise. Lobby and room were really nice with homely, country feel. Quiet area during the fall season, but the walls of the hotel can seem a little thin at times. Bedding was clean and comfortable. Location is within walking distance to the main streets, food, shops, and grocers. Proximity to Yellowstone West entrance is terrific for visiting the park!

This inn is old, but we’ll maintained and clean. It is conveniently located near many restaurants and shops. It was very quiet at night. We enjoyed our stay 😊

Older facility but updated and clean and neat. Staff was very helpful and courteous. Door to room needed to be worked on because it sticks but we reported it and they will fix it.

The two guys at the front desk were totally helpless. Didn’t seem to know how to run the various machines (vcr) and didn’t want to even answer my questions. So disappointed in them.

I absolutely LOVED this place!! We stayed in the King Room. It's small but cozy. The staff is wonderful. Tea & Coffee & Hot Cider service in the lobby was great! The lobby was a nice & cozy place to hang. Walking distance to restaurants!

Great place for overnighting while visiting Yellowstone. Great value for location, hotel and room amenities. I would stay here again.

Very small, but tastfully renovated. Thought it was over priced, but may have been equitable for the area. Lobby and amenities there for the guests was 5 star.

Clean room. Quiet area close to restaurants. Expensive for such small room with low ceilings.

Loved the room. Super comfortable bedding. The coffee area attached to the lobby is so cute and inviting! The only negative was parking. The area is very small/tight or you park in the alley.

We were in room #201 with 1 King size bed. Overall, the space was small and felt cramped. The floor dipped in a couple spots which felt odd. The refrigerator was tiny and could not accommodate everything we needed it for but worked out okay because we also used our cooler. The shower stall (no tub) was small but the shower stream was really quite nice. Our two night stay was almost $500 which was way too much for what we got.

It was very expensive for what it really should be called….a motel! The shower we a 2’X2’ square! Thankfully we are not bigger people but I know my brother would of NOT fit in that shower!
