Evolution Whistler
4.4/5101 Reviews
Our stay at Evolution made as rethink going to a regular hotel the next time we are in Whistler (previously stayed at the Fairmount Hotel’s ). It’s located on Creekside so not in the village. Our suite was clean, spacious, with modern amenities - higher end appliances, huge soaker tub and shower, heated bathroom floors, a fireplace - everything a family would need. I was impressed they even provided dishwasher pods and laundry soap. The pool was small but available to book to keep the numbers low due to COVID-19. We also appreciated the 11:00 am check out. We will return and hopefully by then the games room, sauna, steam room and gym will be opened.
Legends
4.5/5104 Reviews
Legends at Creekside is best hotel especially for families close to Whistler Village (7 min drive, 50 min walk, quick bus ride). Rooms: quiet, plush linens, full kitchen (large fridge & freezer), fireplace, washer & dryer with soap, TV in lr & bedroom, multimedia player to play music via bluetooth, cd or usb stick in lr. Hotel: kids play room (not open in covid times), outdoor pool & hot tub open, Dusty’s pub-type & apres ski restaurant around corner, secure ski lockers in lobby (ask for lock on check-in). Skiing: Creekside lift right around corner, handy ski rentals. When skiing down make sure you follow trail signs back to Creekside, or download via Creekside Gondola. Biking: fairly secure bike lockers on P2 (access to anyone with key card but can lock to secure metal bike rack).
Pangea Pod Hotel
4.3/598 Reviews
I visited Whistler during the high season, Christmas and the lodgings were all too expensive. That's how I found the Pangea Pod Hotel. Although the name is a hotel, it is actually a capsule hotel with curtains that open and close the door(?), like a hotel. However, contrary to our fears, the soundproofing was good and we were able to rest in moderate comfort. Circulates air like a fan inside? There's a machine that does it, but even though it's loud, it doesn't sound great outside. It's almost stuffy because it's a straight space, but the fan(?) functions well. The location is the best as it is in the Olympic Village ☺️

We stayed in the 2 bedroom suite for 3 nights and all i can say is WOW . Super impressed by the size and cleanliness of the suite .Big and comfy king size beds and spacious bedrooms. Huge windows in the main living area and huge kitchen . lovely heated pool and hot tub were a bonus . Steps and i mean steps from the Whistler Village and all it has to offer . We didnt take the car out of the parking garage at all the time we were there .We would definitely stay here again .
Tantalus Resort Lodge
4.1/5101 Reviews
We had first stayed at the Tantalus Lodge about 13 years ago and had a wonderful experience. The facilities are somewhat dated, but very clean. They provided the proper bed configuration for our family. By mid afternoon of the first day, we still had not received housekeeping services, even though the website states daily housekeeping and there was the usual card in the bathroom about reusing your towels. I called the front desk, and was told that housekeeping is only provided on the 3rd day. Since we were only staying 4 nights this seemed a little silly, but I did not say anything. However, no one ever showed up to clean our room. The trash was overflowing by the time we checked out. There is a full kitchen, and we only cooked breakfast. Imagine if we had cooked dinner too! Guests should be notified at check in what the policy is, and a procedure should be implemented to handle trash. In addition, the towels were extremely flimsy, and difficult to use so many days in a row.
Blackcomb Springs Suites by Clique

Going out of the hotel and sliding down is the Heishu Mountain Cable Car Station. After skiing from Heishu Mountain and exhausted, the first person to arrive is this hotel. The room has a full set of cooking equipment. So we slid back to the room to eat at noon, and then continued the afternoon session. We went on New Year's Day, and it was snowing in a few days, and the sight was not good. When skiing in Whistler, choosing good weather is important.
