Horrible customer service they have someone with a accent answering the phone and when you ask him to repeat himself he gives you attitude. I tired canceling within 15 minutes and I the hotel didn’t allow me to I opened a claim and the hotel waited like 8 hours to reply to trip.com so I lost the room and still had to pay. Horrible service.

No visitors allowed. Other than that it is a decent hotel...

Showe doesn’t work , leaking bathroom , smelly ac, ripped carped old bed ,, I ask a pump to drain the water in bathroom sink

this place was disgusting, shame on you Expidia! I based my decision on the pictures your website provided, I felt as if my life was in danger and me and my wife ended up sleeping in our car. I would like a refund or a credit with Expdia towards my next trip or my relationship with Expidia ends right here!

I called and reserved my room with my debit card. Upon arrival I was informed they only take cash for the room, they don’t accept card payments. ATM is provided by the check in. I paid cash. The next day I see a pending on my card for the room. Today, three days later, they also charged my card for the room. Double payment scam. The rooms are stinky, under severe need of TLC , the room I was to stay in was said to be non smoking and that was a false info by the clerk. Wish I had taken pics, the tub shower looked like it was picked up on the side of the road. I ended up not staying in the room as it was just too smelly and gross to stay in. No refund on the cash payment. Watch out for their double payment scam. They got me, I hope they don’t get you! The one star I gave them was given only because it wouldn’t let me submit my review without it. They deserve Zero stars!

Did not stay here and should get my money back, I canceled with the owners of the hotel and still got charged.

That is the worst hotel hotel ever in my life, that i have stayed or visit, what is in the picture is not whatvthe rooms look like, they need to renovate the rooms all over. Towels smell, no clean, no good soap to wash, no cover protection on the bed. Carpet semell walls holes, that is not a good place for human to stay. Everything need to change.

I didn't even get to stay there. They literally cancelled my reservation once I got there. WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER.

The rooms were dirty and smelled of smoke. It was very loud outside with people playing their loud booming music. The tv did not work. When I talked to the owner he moved me to another room and that one wasn't much better. At least the tv worked. The hotel made me pay an extra $20 deposit and when I checked out he refused to refund my deposit because he said there was a $20 deposit for my service animal. I paid $250 for 2 nights and didn't get much sleep. This is one of those hotels that rent rooms weekly. Do yourself a favor and don't go here.

Hotel was just ok. Staff was friendly. But location was dated. Walls had just been repaired but not painted. Got the room with the jacuzzi tub. But only 2 very old towels were in the room. I went to the store to get towels and pillows for my stay. Bed was extremely hard.

Hot tub room, shower isn't realistic functional. No microwave, like shown in picture. Can't change volume on TV. Room walls had several patches

This motel was dirty and damaged. I hope I receive my refund soon and that the property manager wasn't just saying that to ******* and myself.

Microwave didn't work.... Loud music every night from 11-2pm..... Cops came Sunday morning.... I would never take my family to stay here again.... No fresh towels every day and no cleaning the rooms....
