Love this place, will come again next time!

We stayed at the windemere suites for 2 nights and loved our experience, from checking in to leaving everything was lovely. Very friendly welcome and chatty, she showed us to the room it was lovely, everything we thought it would be. The spa bath was a real treat, great beds, pillows and furnishings. You order breakfast the night before plenty of choices but my goodness what a treat! Brought to your room on a wheeled tray! It's really quality produce, and lovely food. Everything you could want, we loved it. We are definitely going to return when we are back in the Lakes.

Excellent stay at Windermere Suites. We could not fault, only a couple of mins walk to resturants and bars, the decor and size of room was great, excellent facilities in room with the jacuzzi bath, variety of teas and mini bar. Icing on the cake is a fantastic breakfast delivered to your door. will definitely stay again.

Grasmere suite was lovely, bright spacious,bed was very comfortable lovely wardrobes, the jacuzzi bath was a nice touch and after walking was needed. Victoria made our stay welcoming, she was informative about stuff to do and also gave us good food recommendations. Breakfast was great,good choice, will definitely be back .

We stayed at the Windermere suites for two night in early June in the Cartmel suite. The room and bathroom were all very nice, the staff were all charming, friendly and helpful. The in-room breakfast was very good and we loved the location of the Windermere Suites just a short walk to the shops and restaurants of Windermere. It was an excellent location to explore the area. We had a very enjoyable stay and were very happy with our choice to stay here.

We recently booked the Windermere Suites, in Windermere, for my wife's Birthday and also, our wedding Anniversary. We were looking for something extra special for our stay. Local, restaurants , shops, banks, pubs and transport links, within 5 minutes, walking distance. Local buses, do a great service locally. We booked, the Keswick Suite for our 3 nights, 29th, September,2024 to the 2, October 2024. We weren't disappointed, the establishment is exceptional, classy with a boutique style décor and lighting throughout. Vicky, the host gives a warm friendly reception on arrival. Vicky, comes across that she really knows what a client wants and expects, from there stay, she delivers to a very high standard in every department, Vicky, obviously has great pride in what she has achieved over the years, her experience really shows, she has very high standards which shows, nothing is a problem, she great knowledge of the local area and can help with suggestions and recommendations for places to see and visit. Vicky, has a small team of staff, which are the best in Windermere, we have stayed in many hotels in Windermere over the years and Vicky's, staff really do her a great credit in Customer Service Skills. Our Keswick Suite, was absolutely stunning, from the lighting, décor and facilities such as the mini bar, which was well stocked. The Teas and coffee making facilities are all in a separate room, also, so no noisy fridges running, ours was exceptionally quiet so didn't apply. There is a safe, also which we found to be very low down, for my old knees and eyesight to deal with while entering the codes . We had views overlooking the grounds at the back, with large Patio doors, which open inwards, onto a Juliet railing. The Suite, gives off a lovely classy aroma, when entering, Vicky, really knows, her style and uses top end quality, products everywhere throughout the Suite, we were well impressed with everything she showed us and took time to explain how everything works, The Spa bath, is large in size, with powerful jets, also with the mood lighting in the bathroom for that extra special occasion, nice romantic touch There is also, a very large shower in the bathroom, if you choose to use it instead. Everything is of high quality, throughout, Mini bar is reasonably priced, the room service meals, were also good quality ingredients and reasonably priced. We were both really pleased with our stay. Breakfast, Room service quality and quantity, were again excellent. We finally found accommodation that can cook fried eggs, perfectly. We can't wait to go back, Vicky's, experience and Customer Service, skills really shine through. We always say, if you don't know what day it is, or the time. You have enjoyed a relaxing stay. Perfect stay from start to finish, with the perfect host. From the minute I checked in to when I checked out I couldn't stop raving about the accommodation. Well what can I say,would highly recommend staying at windermere suites. Fantastic welcome from Vic on arrival. Stayed in the Cartmel suite,truly stunning interior,excellent bathroom with spa bath,Breakfast in our room was excellent with a wonderful choice of local produce. Room decorated to a very high standard.Will definitely be booking again. Thanks to all the staff who made our stay very enjoyable

These suites are situated just a few minutes walk from Windermere village and 15 minutes walk to Bowness. They are beautifully decorated and we felt very welcome. The staff and Manager couldn’t do enough to help make our stay perfect. The breakfast was served in the bedroom and there was a really good choice. There is also a small menu for room service throughout the day which was also thoroughly enjoyable. The bar is fully equipped with a very good choice. I would highly recommend the Windermere Suites if you stay in this area.

We stayed in the Coniston suite for the weekend as a late booking. What an experience! Beautiful lounge area, fabulous bedroom with small room off with clothes storage and the fully stocked minibar and refreshments station. The bathroom was probably the biggest I’ve ever stayed in. The jacuzzi bath holds two adults and was a real treat. To top it off, our suite had a private patio and we enjoyed an afternoon in the sunshine on arrival and then had breakfast there on the next morning. Breakfast arrives on a trolley to eat in your room, which is really nice and private. The staff were all so friendly and helpful. Five minutes walk up the hill into Windermere town centre to eat so really convenient. Lots of car parking and plenty of EV chargers so literally everything is thought of. Cannot recommend this venue enough.

We stayed in the Cartmel suite for two nights as a last minute change of accommodation, and the owners couldn’t have been more accommodating for us. The bedroom was comfortable and spacious, the facilities included a minibar, jetbath and more. The balcony doors in our room were a beautiful touch to eat breakfast by, which was included in the price of our room, and had lots of tasty options also. We spent a lot of time in the jetbath, with different jet settings included, and remote controlled LED lights above to suit any mood. The bed was one of the biggest and most comfortable we’ve slept in and the staff couldn’t have been more friendly. We will absolutely be returning on our next holiday back to Windermere!

We visited as an early anniversary trip for a l9ng weekend. We stayed friday to monday. The suites is easy to get to and a 5 minute walk to windermere and a 20 minute walk down a hill to bowness. The suite it self was on the back of the property and you could access it from the car park rather then through the main entrance so it meant we could come and go as we pleased with keys to our patio doors. There is a small area to sit out on with chairs and a small table. In room there is a king sized bed dressing table sofa and table and 2 chairs to sit and eat. There is a serving hatch on back wall which was used to serve breakfast each morning with staff ringing room to let you know it was there. You are given a breakfast menu with times of breakfast and choose which ever you preferred menu is plentiful and loved our morning breakfasts. There is a closet that had tea and coffee making facilities and a small chargeable mini bar. Room had hanger space and also a mini safe for valuables. The bathroom was a good size with walk in shower with a disco light up shower head there is also a jacuzzi bath with room for 2. The room was a great base for enjoying the lakes and also enjoying excellent food from local restaurants. Which meant we could easily walk and leave car at the suites. We enjoyed our stay very much and if we are in lakes again would come back.

We spent 2 nights at Windermere Suites staying in the fantastic Keswick super luxury suite. When checking in Vicky was brilliant, explained the local area, gave food and drink recommendations and showed us to our room. The suite was large, clean and quiet. The bed was huge and really comfortable. The was was great to sit and relax. The en suite bathroom was equally as impressive with the large air bath being a particular highlight. The walk in wardrobe was excellent to keep all bags and clothes out of the way and the room nice and tidy. Breakfast delivered to the room in the morning was exactly at the time we requested and was delicious. Nothing was too much trouble for Vicky, we had a fantastic break and will definitely be booking again.

We had a brilliant stay thanks to Vicky, Jonathan and the team. This was our second visit to the Windermere Suites; this time we stayed in the Grassmere Suite; this was a lovely bright room with a lovely huge comfy bed, lots of wardrobe space, all the amenities including a paid mini bar if you need it; overlooking the main road. The TV has Netflix, YouTube, iPlayer all included. The room service breakfast is pre ordered the day before and delivered at your chosen time. We enjoyed a range during our 3 night stay including full English, Vegetarian, Boiled Eggs, Pastries and more. All very nicely served. The room is as toasty as you’d like it to be with powerful radiators if you need them - and it comes with a lovely sized bathroom that includes a jacuzzi bath tub, tv in the room and walk in shower. The hotel is within walking distance to all the amenities, pubs, restaurants and attractions in Bowness and Windermere. Really enjoyed our stay and have already booked to come back for New Year at the end of 2024. Looking forward to visiting again! Thanks to Vicky, Jonathan and all the team for the warm welcome 😊
