Facilities: The hotel is not far from the airport. There is a 24-hour shuttle bus, which is very convenient. The waiting time for pick-up and drop-off is not long, about 20-30 minutes. The hotel facilities are relatively complete.
The bed size is relatively large, and a family of four can stay there without being crowded.
Health: The health condition is pretty good
Environment: Parking lot, swimming pool, even if it rains, all printing needs for office work are complete.
Service: Breakfast may be a bit difficult for Chinese stomachs, but it’s okay

The night staff at the front desk went on like he was doing me a favor. The safe in the room was not working and the sink was leaking from under.
The room was changed the next day when I made a complain to the day staff.
I left a request for wake up call Did not get.

good place to stay for an overnight while flying out of Bradley Airport. Shuttle was helpful...a bit confusing as the shuttle is not identified as Holiday Inn Express. It's a shuttle for LAX Parking...but once they get there you should ask if they are for Holiday inn.

The phone was broken and it took hours before the heat got the room warmed up. On the other hand the people at the desk were very nice and the shuttle worked out perfect.

The reception desk was quick and courteous, the lobby and rooms were nice, clean and fully stocked. The bed was comfortable and I felt safe. As an added bonus, they had cookies in the lobby.
