Will not return to this hotel, the room was dirty from air conditioner, curtain, beddings even the microwave oven. You could even hear the footsteps upstairs. So disappointed.

We stayed for almost a week and the breakfast was always the same. No change. Muffins a bit dry. Was a big t weird that we had to get towels from the front desk and tell them our room number. Most hotels have them just in the pool area.

The breakfast was the same after staying for three days... The location is good, close to the airport. This hotel is a chain, so the quality is relatively stable. Parking is free.

Someone puked on a hallway door frame on the main floor on Saturday and it was still there on Monday

We had to switch rooms at check in as the room was very dirty , the beds were disgusting with hair and blood on the mattress bad. Even the room smelled awful. We ended up still having a dirty room with some problems as well as well as the carpet looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed in days. There were dirty cups and rags left in other rooms. There for hockey tournament. Ended up switching hotels as could not deal with the unsafe feeling with having the VLT room on the main floor and whoever wanted to could come in and out. The pool had so much chlorine in it the kids were coughing as soon as they come out of it. Overall would NEVER stay or recommend this hotel.

Room was filthy, carpet with junk on it, curtains stained, pillow cases yellow, walls dirty would not stay again

The room looked great. It was a bit cold in the room due to low temperatures outside. We set the thermostatic and the wall unit came on. It was putting out heat but the noise of the fan was very loud. After a bit, I thought that the noise would stop, I decided to get a few extra blankets and turn off the heater. We were given the option to move but we had set up already. The blankets help through the night.

Bathroom door had holes punched in it , shower was broken because it had been ripped from wall and didn’t hold properly

We had the jetted tub room and really enjoy it. They had a nice commentary breakfast in the morning. We wiuld definately stay there again.

Have tried to stay once randomly canceled park and fly no reason than this time pop machine not working. It’s something everytime we try and stay there. Staff not helpful at all especially supervisors

Besides the random water that was by my bed when I checked in it was pretty good hotel

My family arrived here after 1 AM due to a late flight. The hotel is great and so very close to the airport it felt like we were asleep just after the airplane’s wheels touched down in Winnipeg. The staff was great, but the front desk surrounded by high glass was extremely annoying when you are trying to deal with another wonderful human on the other side, and trying to communicate effectively. The rest of the short stay was wonderful, quiet, clean, efficient, easy, trouble free, great breakfast, and conveniently laid out. I would recommend staying here, and may again….Thank you :)

The beds are comfortable, the bathrooms are spacious. The breakfast was decent. The pool was too chemically! We all had skin reactions, examples: Hives, itching, burning and turned red. There are no towels in the pool area. You have to hunt them down at the front desk. And give it back before you go to your room. The hot was broken. Asked for extra towels as we had 2 for our room with 3 person occupancy and they didn’t have any.

There is a cigarette smoke smell in the hallway. Walls are not soundproof, I went out of the room and left my older kids as I walk down the hallway I can still hear my kids up to the elevator. There is also guest beside our room, I can hear every opening and closing of doors and cabinets. Pool is old and not that clean as other hotels usually have. Glad to try this place but I will not consider coming back.
