We are pleased that you enjoyed our location, a few minutes by foot only from the city center of Strasbourg as well as our staff who is at your disposal 24/7 at the Front Desk to answer any question you may have during your stay. We are sorry to learn only now that it did not fulfil your expectations. First of all, we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused by the outside noise, as we strive to maintain a peaceful environment for all our guests. External disturbances can be challenging to fully control, but we are continuously working to minimize such inconveniences. We regret to note that you did not inform our reception team of the issues you encountered during your stay. We would have been pleased to provide an immediate solution by offering a room more in line with your expectations, such as one facing the courtyard, upon a simple request from your side. Unfortunately, at this point, there is nothing more we can do. Nevertheless, we want to inform you that we have upcoming plans to enhance our guest experience. While online reviews can be helpful in sharing experiences, we believe it is generally wiser to communicate directly with the establishment to address any issues during your stay. This allows for a faster and more accurate resolution, while giving the establishment the opportunity to improve for the well-being of all guests. Concerning the water, you have one bottle free in the room the day of your arrival and two others bottle in the minibar. We are left sorry and a bit surpised by your comment about our breakfast. Our buffet breakfast "Signature" offers a wide choice of fresh and local products and is usually appreciated by our guests. It would have been great if you could have let us know about any issue during your stay so that we could have fixed it. Furthermore, regarding the blanket, we inform you that they are all cleaned and protected by a cover. Since our Front Desk is open 24/7, we could have offered you to exchange your blanket with another one had we known about this. We are however pleased that you enjoyed the friendliness of our staff and the fact that you have been able to use one of our electric charges.
