Great place less than a mile from the Anderson transit station. Clean, quiet, nice front desk employees. The breakfast was pretty decent too. They had crustless quiche which were surprisingly very good. Comfy beds. I’d stay here again.

The living experience is not bad. You can cook some simple meals by yourself. There is a self-service washing machine, which is more convenient for laundry. Shopping is not so convenient, but the hotel has a free shuttle bus to the nearby supermarket. The breakfast is a bit monotonous. It is a simple American breakfast. Overall, it is good good

We came as a school group as a weekend trip to Boston . 3 adults and 8 teens. Rented (2) 2 bedroom suites and it was perfect. The gentleman at the front desk was so accommodating, getting us paper plates, offering the fireplace while we had pizza as a group. Even getting us a large bag of ice. The hotel was clean, staff always smiled and said hi. Kids loved the pool and gym, breakfast was wonderful.

First room we had the toilet flooded but the staff was amazing. They moved us rooms and made sure the new rooms had functioning toilets. The staff were phenomenal! Even when they worked long hours always provided amazing service.

Room was spacious and comfortable. Check in staff was great. Morning staff a little less great. Breakfast was good. Hotel was clean.

Extremely hospitable and accomodating. Clean rooms, hallways and dining area. good breakfast choices, functional gym and pool, lots of clean towels, close to Red line for comuters.

Very convenient. Front desk staff very helpful and friendly. The small suite was perfect. Very clean and had everything i needed. Will stay there again and will recommend the hotel to others!

My stay at the Residency Inn by the Marriott was great. The day I arrived at the hotel the front desk person was very friendly. House keeping was very helpful when I had a problem with the dishwasher. The only problem I had with housekeeping was when I asked for an extra blanket from the cleaning lady. She took a blanket from the cart that had the dirty bearings and actually wanted to give it to me.

So overall, this is a very nice property, but there were some incidents while we were there. Someone pooped into the pool so we barely got to make use of it. (Pool area is also not the best which was the reason why we switch our stay here.)
