1、前台服務態度差，還沒有説完就掛了。甚至於説你到底要不要退房？
2、清晨有接親的人在隔壁房間，特別的吵。
3、中午12點半就開始催退房，明明退房時間是2點。結果告訴我的理由是，因為昨天滿房，所以今天要早點催退房。
4、中午11點左右，服務員直接開門進來，並未敲門，並未道歉，我也並並沒有呼叫客房服務。嚴重影響我的睡眠，直接嚇醒。
