缺點：酒店挺有年代感了，牆紙脱落，桌面破損，衞生間排水也不太靈光，花灑孔也不順暢，標間有一張床上有一根頭髮沒有清理乾淨。枱燈和落地燈也不知道是燈泡老化還是電壓不穩忽閃忽閃的，加上一進門那股子淡淡的黴味，有種莫名的詭異感。
優點：早餐吧中規中矩，工作人員服務態度彌補了一絲不足。距離方特夢幻王國很近不行5分鐘，敞開式走廊能直接看到一些城堡和遊樂設施，小朋友玩的很開心。

來的時候不湊巧，正好遇到好多學生來玩，但前台非常棒，專門安排了他們的經理來接待，非常快速的把我們的房間辦理好，送我們到房間，還説如果晚上有點吵還請多包涵，有問題隨時找他們。非常感謝王經理，第二天還去了東方神畫玩，有點遠，王經理開車送我們過去了，不好意思拍他照片[偷笑]，下次還來。

不談房間新舊設施好不好，反正吵的不得了，一晚上電梯不停的響，門口不停有人走過，隔音基本為0，不知道什麼奇葩設計的靠走廊做個玻璃，衹要有人從電梯下來走過，聲音都很清晰。衞生間淋浴房漏水一地都是，不會再來住。

説是豪華房間，但看不出豪華在哪裡！環境衞生還是好的，設施稍微老舊了一點，服務也還可以，早餐麼稍微差了點，但也符合當地實際情況！總的來説一般

假期趁放假跟朋友一起來的方特，在網上選了好多家酒店，最終定了方特酒店。酒店非常大，第一次去有點找不到北的感覺，好在遇到了位小姐姐（後來才知道姓王），王經理非常熱情，把我們帶到了房間，還跟我們説了酒店門票怎麼用，有事情隨時找她[壞笑]房間乾淨，整潔，下次有機會還來。

位置挺好的，去方特遊玩的話，住在酒店會非常方便。房間提前預訂，價格也比較友好。工作人員服務態度特別好，登記好訊息會有工作人員帶着去房間，請客房服務員加一床被子，工作人員也很有耐心。唯一的不足就是房間設施有點陳舊了。
